Q: How do I contact your customer service? And why are amazing telling me to wait when you say you’ll send it the same day?

I have same issue as well. I called amazon 3 times, at the first they told they are waiting special courier as it’s a heavy item. At the second they promised to dispatch between 24-48 hours. At third they offered me a refund ans told that items are shipping from seller not amazon. I don’t believe that they have this item anymore! Sadly this was only 3 stage available on amazon, I wish I didn’t order it.

Q: I ordered 2 of the 3 stage desks on the 20/04/2021 , however they have still not been shipped. Are the desks in stock & who is shipping them?
