Does The Job
I have a ProFlex sump which uses these socks, I have been using them for years and they are indeed great socks... but I agree with another reviewer. These socks do clog easily, but otherwise they work great. I don't usually reuse my socks, I will replace once a month unless I noticed the sock getting too dirty. I often like the design of the sock itself, I throw a carbon bag in the bottom... these are also great for your top off hose, as it will filter impurities before reaching your display tank.

great socks, fit well in my wet/Dry. They need periodic replacement with new because you eventually will not be able to get them clean enough. So far many cycles used. I just don't know how many cycles are in each. I have two extra sets beside the one that came with the filter
