Ring of Fire Garden Fresh Chile Sauce

Excellent sauce. Good flavor with solid heat. Not crazy hot, but it does give you something. Works well as a dip, topping, or adding into various Mexican foods. Tasty.

Absolutely delicious! I am not one of those HOT & spicy lovers. However, this stuff is really good. A friend who goes to NC picked some up and I tried it. I was hooked ever since. This stuff is hot but the heat dissipates fast and does not linger. What this does have is FLAVOR - which is nice. So, nice flavor mixed with subtle heat works perfect. Mix it with cream and put it on salmon and you are in for a treat. Rub this stuff on ribs and they taste so good. The application options are endless. This isn't the hottest brand of chile sauce, but it is the most flavorful, and it is, however, plenty hot enough to deserve the "Ring of Fire" name. A good friend of mine went into a specialty shop that sold only chili sauce and inquired about which brand was the best tasting sauce. The proprietor replied that my friend was the first person to ask that question, that most people asked which was the hottest. For the best tasting sauce she pointed out the "Ring of Fire" brand. He told me the tale and I have been using it ever since, and I find it a perfect blend of flavor and fire, i don't know what I will do if they ever stop making it.

This is my very favorite hot sauce, hands down. I've had their original habanero which is delicious but a bit too hot for me-- this one tastes a lot like it, only with the heat toned down. It has an excellent balance of heat, acidity, and roasty flavor. Pro tip-- it's assertive enough that you can mix it with your favorite mass-produced jar salsa and still get the great taste while stretching the bottle to last just a bit longer. I have no choice as it doesn't come in a quart size!! Well worth the money. And from this seller, packaged tightly and efficiently. 10/10 recommend.

I've put this on biscuits and gravy, noodles, pizza, salad, roasted chicken, and shredded pork. Looking forward to pouring it on other things soon! It's pretty delicious stuff.

I discovered this at the Blue Whale store on the Outer Banks of NC, bought a bottle and found it to be the best chile sauce I've ever had - and I've had quite a few. Not as hot as most habanero sauces, much more flavor and texture - including a hint of the all-important cumin. I was simply elated to find this available on Amazon so now I don't have to go without it until I get down to NC again. I pretty much use it on just about anything - it is halfway between a salsa and a hot sauce in texture.
