Given to my 16 year old granddaughter for a Christmas gift. Very pleased with the quality of the headphones and all its features!

Great product

I just got these recently from their website and they worked right out of the box. I downloaded the app that goes along with it and I have been playing with the RGB settings for an embarrassing amount of time. There is even a streaming app that connects to twitch or streamlabs so you can customize your headset to blink and change colors based on actions like following, donations, and chatting.The headset earpads are very comfortable and sturdy. I wear glasses and they don't push them awkwardly like previous headsets that I have owned. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to own the whole Quartz collection!

Headset came broken supposedly in good condition I spend 170 for cheap plastic and couldn't get a refund do not purchase from razer anymore their gear has deteriorated in quality in the past years and they're not meeting any quality standards I won't be purchasing from razer or Amazon anymore after this let down

If these are connected to my PC when it starts up, the audio will just crackle with no way to fix it. The only way to get them to work is to let the computer fully boot and the Razer software fully start up before plugging them in, but even then there is sometimes crackling and other audio issues.Razer continues to make overpriced hardware coupled with terrible software. Do not recommend.

After about a couple weeks of using the headphones they started randomly disconnecting and they would crackle while doing so. This caused my whole pc to freeze everytime it would disconnect, leading to problems in game. Bought another one to see if it was just a faulty pair. Happened again. These r faulty headphones. Don’t buy

I took me more than the normal 14 days to make sure that this headset wasn’t working properly. Since it uses a usb instead of an audio jack, it meant I had to buy several new adapters to use it with my computers. By the time I tested the out, I realized the headset was not functioning properly. I contacted the company to service them under the warranty. I put the head set in the mail and had wait several weeks. When I finally got it back, I simply got the same defective headset. So I spent all that $ for something that belongs in the trash.

if I slightly move my head the entire thing just disconnects and I have to set up the whole headset again which is a 5 minute process every 10 seconds
