Yes many of our customers use the bar soap as a shampoo bar as well. It cleans hair well with no harsh chemicals.

Has anyone had good results using it on their scalp and hair for contact dermatitis?

Hi. Yes, I have and it works great. My scalp was cleared after couple of uses. Though it seems to dry up the skin and hair, I didn’t have to use any creams as long as I don’t wash my hands or head too often.

Does this help repel mosquitoes?

It might, I believe that it smells and looks very similar to a fire starting log that you would get at the store to help light your fireplace with. I did not keep and use, I returned.
