Super nice! Just buy it!
If you are thinking about investing in “oversized” king bedding just go ahead and buy this comforter. It’s very long and covers all edges of the bed almost to the floor. It’s warm, not heavy at all. I prefer a heavier comforter in the winter (just because I like the feel of an almost weighted blanket) so I would have given this more stars if it had a little more weight to it but seriously it is very warm and fluffy after it airs out. It does make a slight crinkle sound but not excessive and there was no smell at all when opening. Overall, super happy with this purchase! 9/10 would recommend, it would be 10/10 if it was slightly more heavyweight

Comfort and Appearance
I have a huge bed with a topper on it. I ordered the biggest size 120 x 128 and it fits perfectly. It is nice and warm and heavy. It might be too warm for some people. We are headed into a cold season here in oregon and it is perfect for us. I am making a duvet cover out of sheets to keep it clean. It would be ok to use without a cover ( very white) but would be hard to wash such a big comforter more than i have too! ItAlmost reaches the floor and I have a lot of dust as i live out in the country.

Great product at a great price!
*Update: I've used this comforter for a couple of years now. I had it in a duvet cover for a few months, but that made it too heavy and hot for me. It's been used over a flat sheet since. I'm happy to say that it has held up great! No feather leakage, pilling, or other issues. The crisp sound has diminished with use but isn't completely gone, doesn't bother me at all. I take it to a laundry mat to wash in their jumbo front loading machine and oversize dryer. I've never had an problem. I originally rated it 4 stars but I'm raising it to 5!I have been searching for an inexpensive, oversized duvet or comforter for a few years now. I have returned a few that were poor quality, and had almost given up on finding anything decent under a few hundred dollars. I've had this Hombys duvet in my "save for later" cart for a couple of years now. When it recently went on sale, I figured it was time to give it a try.I will admit, when I saw the size of the bag that this duvet came in, I was disappointed. It was no larger than the briefcase my husband carries. After seeing that it was sealed tightly in a vacuum pack, I was somewhat relieved. I once vacuum packed 6 large pillows down to the size of a volley ball, so there was hope. After cutting the seal, I saw it take a deep breath, and expand considerably.Surprising to me, there was very little feather odor after having been sealed tight. I have passed on feather duvets and pillows with an odor so strong that you can smell them without ever taking them out of the package.I spread it out on my bed and gave it a few good shakes. It continued to fluff up, and not one feather came flying out! By bedtime, there was no odor at all and it was nice and plump, albeit, still a little wrinkled. The cotton material is of nice quality with a bit of a crisp sound when moved. In my experience, this is normal with down proofing, and will diminish with use/cleaning. The fill is evenly distributed within the box stitching, which is also very well done. As in the third photo, you can see a dark feather through the fabric here and there, but I plan on getting a duvet cover anyway so that doesn't bother me. I did find one seam that had an area of stitch-over (last photo). I was able to trim the loose threads away on both sides to my satisfaction, so no points lost there. The gray piping around the edge is a nice touch and well done. But my very most favorite thing about this item, is the size. Two whole blocks extend over each side of our palatial king bed. It's only 13" wider than our old down blanket but it makes a huge difference. No more tugging over covers!I bought the "all season" version for south Texas weather, to replace a smaller down blanket that was old and getting a little too thin. I used the Hombys during our first real cold front of the season and kept us toasty warm without a lot of weight. I think it will work fine for our air conditioned summers as well. The only reason that I deducted one star, is that some of the squares have a little less filling than the others, but after almost giving up on finding an affordable, oversized down duvet, I am very happy with this one so far! Hoping that it holds up well over time.

Best money I spent
I'm so happy about this purchase. Used to have a million different colors, 2 different duvets for hubby and I because we would always pull the blanket away from each other..Anyway I've been planning this purchase for a while, and oh man I should have done it so much earlier. The difference it makes..its huge I got biggest size 120x120 and btw if you can't find duvet covers anywhere go on etsy. That's the only place I was able to find some. They are not cheap I think I paid the same as what I paid for the duvet but that's the only option so I spent it. Loving this new duvet, it's really nice and large, no more pulling it away from each other, it's fluffy, amd some people say it's thick for summer but it's very breathable. I never got hot even though it's summer (of course ac is running but it does day and night) also saw mentions about the duvet being noisy but it's really not bad at all. For me it's actually very comforting. Reminds me of my childhood. Overall very happy. I find that the filling is not enough, when you're under the blanket and the light is on you can see through some parts but not a huge deal still keeps us warm.

Perfect size
I purchased this to replace a standard king sized down comforter that was barely reaching over the sides of the bed. I looked everywhere for an oversized king down comforter but this was the only one I saw at a reasonable price point. So far it meets all of my expectations... my only concern is that it is not very thick or plush, and I am able to keep it on the bed and use it in the middle of summer with little to no discomfort, so I worry it will not keep me warm enough in the winter. Not something I would say can be used in all seasons. Other than that it will suit my needs.

Perfect!
After refusing to part with our well-loved Eddie Bauer down comforter for years and years, I finally gave in to try this one, lured by the extraordinary size. My initial fear was that this comforter would be too thin and flat in comparison, but it fluffed out within 24 hours and is just as thick, warm and comfortable as its predecessor. I never really leave reviews, but when a product exceeds expectations like this, I had no choice. So yeah—we are thrilled and couldn’t be happier.

Wonderful comforter!!!!
This comforter has exceeded my every expectation. I have searched for a comforter to fully cover my king sized bed and drape down the sides to the floor. This comforter does that (I bought the 120”x120”). It is warm, but not hot. It’s large size could cause it to seem heavy and suffocating, but it’s a nice weight. It’s not over filled so it’s not puffy, the fill amount in the comforter is just right. The outer material is soft. The color (I bought the dark gray) is a little lighter than charcoal. It is exactly as I’d wanted. I’m buying another for a guest bed. I wish they offered more colors and some patterned comforters of this same quality, I’d buy several!
