Does this product contain silicone or polymers that can cloud the finish of a high gloss piano over time?

In addition to using it for 30 years on polyester vs veneered wood piano, one could use Turtle wax or any car product that contains carnauba wax as an active ingredient. But most of the time I use the simple to apply Cory Polish to get rid of the slow accumulation of dust in the air, which I can significantly reduce by getting MERV 13 filters for my furnace and changing them twice a year. Keeps the whole house, in addition to my grand pianos cleaner, longer!

Can i use this product on my yamaha baby grand piano? i have previously used extra high gloss furniture polish made by yamaha but no longer available.

Your piano finish must be high gloss finish if that is what Yamaha had. Cory piano polish cleans & protects high-gloss polyurethane and lacquer finishes. It can be used frequently. Not to be used on unfinished or porous surfaces. Do not spray near strings or tuning pins. www.corycare.com

Can it be used on ivory keys?

No. For the ivory keys just wipe with a barely damp cloth. Do not use this product on any part of the piano. It is terrible and it completely damaged my finish. I am beyond upset.

We have a gloss black kawai baby grand piano that recieved some vinyl paint over spray from an open front door during exterior house painting?

It's kind of ironic - we have a gloss ivory Kawai baby grand :) This product does of great job of cleaning & polishing our baby grand. However, I cannot adress if it will actually remove your paint over-spray.
