Little body camera works great. I use it when I go out for night jogs alone. I live in a mountain town where the choices are to either jog next to rowdy dive bars on well lit streets, or jog in the hills in the dark where someone's unrestrained pet / wild animal might maul a pedestrian. There was also an arsonist setting multiple forest fires in the area this summer who was never caught — I don't want to be falsely accused for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and I want video evidence if I encounter something or someone suspicious. I jog in affluent historical neighborhoods at night, where homeowners may be overly wary and paranoid. Anyways, considering everything, purchasing a small discrete body camera for $35 for my nighttime exercise routine was smart as hell. I want to protect myself from both aggressors and overly paranoid people. The camera quality is decent. The night vision is not great and will only get you visibility for 2 meters on its own. Plus, the video goes to black and white in night vision. This will make it harder to identify any potential suspects caught on camera as their clothing will be in black and white. You will want to wear a bright headlamp to augment visibility and leave the night vision off so you can prove the color of clothes any wrongdoer is wearing. The clamp on it is sturdy. It stores 5 minute video files on the device. The battery life is excellent. As long as the battery does not completely run down, it will maintain the correct timestamp. Charge the device often. It stored two nights worth of 2.5 hour jogging in low light conditions. It is very lightweight and unobtrusive. It flashes a red LED light when recording; I put a small opaque piece of black electrical tape over the recording LED in order to not attract unwanted attention by drunks. The device IS NOT WATERPROOF. A cheap clever workaround solution is to wrap the camera tightly in electrical tape, and then very carefully cut small holes for LEDs, camera lens, charge port and side button. Overall, very valuable; a must buy.

If you want a camera for quick documentation of interactions, this one does the job. It is easy to start and you only need to memorize a couple of button-and-light sequences to get it on and off when you want. It plays very nicely with my laptop (win10 PRO) and batteries last for several lengthy recordings (which break into files of about 5 minutes each). Daylight picture quality is good and the mic is ok for picking up other voices but reliably picks up your own. Plenty of visual alerts for low battery/needs recharge status. For the price-point, there is solid value in this camera. (Side note: follow local laws for posting notices of audio recording, if required). Need to document a completion punch-list with a contractor, this is good for creating a clear record of who-said-what would be done. Doing a final walk-thru on a house you are buying, also great record keeping. Getting deliveries from one of those no-name use your own car delivery "services" -- great device to memorialize who made the delivery and what condition the goods were delivered. Unlike using a mobile phone to record things, this device is small, less cumbersome, easily clips onto your collar or pocket, etc, and then just runs, leaving your hands free. In the event it is knocked down or damaged, it is much less costly than losing a phone to harm. The instructions are complete but appear to be translated into English with a touch of awkwardness. Customer service is top notch. I needed some specialized information from tech support and via Amazon Message I had a helpful and correct Seller reply in less than 12 hours without any awkwardness.

I'm a Law Enforcement ranger and was looking for a nice subtle camera to keep on my outer carrier for my vest. I saw that this camera was cheap, but small and not like most of the bulky body cameras on Amazon. The cons to this are the videos I would upload would speed up randomly at points in the video which caused the audio to be out of sync with the video. Mind you, I do work out in 120 degree weather, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it, but ultimately it's more frustrating than useful to me. The time stamp is constantly off too, no matter how many times I change it on the computer. In conclusion, it's cheap in price and nice and subtle if that's what you're looking for, but if it's important for the video and audio to be synced up, I wouldn't purchase it.

The good: Really easy to use. Just press and hold for on/off. Press once to turn on/off. Press twice to turn the night vision on/off. The time stamp is super easy to set. Just a simple, embedded MS notepad file that you type the current date/time in and save. Sets the timestamp to that and thus far been right on. I've never seen timestamps set like that before but it works and super easy. The "so-so": While the activation of the night vision is easy, I would suggest practicing it so you know just how fast to click the button twice to activate/deactivate it and what the LED needs to flash to show the current state of the night vision. As far as quality of the night vision, while I've not tested it extensively, it seems to be adequate for the average person to use. The bad: HOLY S**T! but do the AVI files take forever to transfer to computer. Even deleting them from the computer seems to take forever. IDK if it's just my computer or a normal thing for this cam. I suspect the cam because even trying to watch a video straight from the cam while plugged to the computer seems to take forever to load sometimes. Overall: I think this is a good cam for the price. I've not tested battery life but I've used it maybe 2-3 hrs though-out the day a couple times w/o recharging and had no issues. Pic and audio quality is great all things considered. No complaints from me. If you don't mind waiting to transfer files to your computer and don't need to use it all day, then this is the cam for you.

It’s a good product for the price point, however I would have some suggestions for the manufacturer. - increase the length of the strap or include a second larger strap so the device can be worn on the chest I do have another suggestion but I would like to talk to the manufacturer as I’m not sure if it would even be possible

Pretty easy to get set up. I am in no way tech savvy -so these things are always a challenge for me. But I got it working ok and took it for a test walk. The video quality is excellent - it is clear and no color distortion. Sound is pretty good... a bit of interference here and there but ok for the most part. I even got a video file set up in case I want to save something. So this is a keeper for me. ONE bone to pick: you have to BUY an adapter to use on iPhone. They should have stated that in the Product info. WHY do they do that??? So that cost a bunch of stars. Connecting to my laptop for now. I haven't tested the night vision so I'll post an update when that is done.

I had to buy a new one from another seller just to know that this one does not work properly , when i try to record the red and blue light flash then stop, now i have to format the sd card and try to reset it , might as well just return... waste of time and money
