Perfect fit, easy to install, pretty solid bar, has solid weight this is not flimsy like others, the keys are unique which has a curve and can't be duplicated which adds more security while traveling to ensure my truck won't be stolen, price was reasonable.

2022 Ford F350 Superduty. I purchased the 33.5 Max length version and it was plenty long enough. The steering wheel is thick in this vehicle, and I have a thick wheel cover on top of that, but the hook still fits fine over the wheel; I just have to hook it into the small wheel opening under the sound system or cruise control buttons where its a bit thinner. Not a major inconvenience. This is a very solid well made sturdy item, I drop the adjustable wheel to its lowest position when putting it on, but the difference between upper and lower positions of the wheel might not loosen it enough to enable it to be pulled off using this method anyway. I think if the club is locked on tightly with the wheel in the highest position, and then the wheel is dropped to its lowest position, it still probably wont be enough to get it off the pedal or wheel, but I have yet to really work at that. Better safe than sorry, though. All in all a great purchase to add another single security puzzle piece to make a car thief shake his head and walk away. My only minor complaint is that the key can be difficult to align in the dim lower recesses of the drivers compartment. Once in, the tumbler activates easily and smoothly, though. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I got this wheel and break lock after my 2019 Hyundai Elantra was stolen. It's a really great product--it feels very well built, fit that car well, and made me feel much more comfortable given the 2019 Elantra was the most commonly stolen model the past 3 years running. If someone really wanted to steal your car they probably could, but this is an excellent deterrent. (To make it an even better deterrent, I added glow in the dark tape to the steering wheel hook to make it easier to see.) It is heavy though, so probably not for the elderly or people with limited mobility. HOWEVER, it is not universal. I replaced my 2019 Elantra with a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and this lock does NOT fit. It is not a length issue--the problem is that the lock is straight, and the steering column is angled. There is no straight line between the wheel rim and the brake pedal. To make it work, I could lower the steering column to an uncomfortable height (and I'm short, so that's probably impossible for most people). If you have a vehicle where the steering column would block a straight line between the top of the brake pedal and the bottom of the steering wheel, you would be better off with a steering-wheel-only device.

This stylish but sturdy device works as advertised. It feels and appears strong and was easy for me to use. It is very heavy which I appreciate. I like the fact that it prevents the brake pedal from being depressed, which is required to start most keyless cars these days. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some purchasers found it stuck open or closed after they had used it for awhile and I don't have a long track record with it yet.

It seems pretty strong to me! Watch out that you don't pinch your fingers when you're setting it in place. I bought this because I have an older manual shift Jeep, and I don't want someone messing with my clutch! I know that some manual transmission vehicles can be easily hot wired, at least that is what I have been told. I have this lock placed around my clutch up to my steering wheel. If they want to steal my Jeep they're going to have to work at it!

Quite great - this is the second one I have bought. The first one, while was great the key broke inside. It is quite sturdy though.

Apparement beau produit mais qui s oxyde au bout de quelques jours De plus ne s’ouvre et ne se referme que par intermittence. On n ose plus le mettre de peur qu il se coince pour l ouverture. Et même parfois impossible à ouvrir pour le positionner. Ce produit ne répond donc pas à nos attentes

Canne antivol très rassurante, elle est très solide et visiblement bien pensée. Elle s'installe rapidement lorsqu'on a compris le mécanisme: Après avoir tourné la clé d'un quart de tour, on coince le crochet du bas (chromé) dans la pédale choisie puis on tire la tige lisse à fond qui elle même tire la tige cannelée, on passe le crochet (noir en pvc) dans l'arc du volant et on redescend la tige canelée puis on tourne la clé d'un quart de tour à l'inverse pour vérrouiller. Même si ce n'est pas facile à expliquer c'est très facile à mettre en oeuvre après 1 ou 2 essais.

My first question was around the hook on one end which appears as plastic (soft touch) but vendor confirmed that it is reinforced metal. So this is metal end to end. It is a bit heavy so might feel as some work to put on and off but I guess that is for safety reason. One very important thing is to always extend the plain non ribbed part of the bottom shaft to full length before installing. Perhaps something to improve on in future version. Newer users who have never used a car steering lock before may just extend the ribbed shaft without fully extending the lower part and then the lock would just come out easily and defeat the purpose. Check the videos on the product to see what I mean one person has explained and demonstrated it well. If used correctly it works perfect. I prefer to use it against the break pedal as it does not have a race wire so less risk of damaging the pedal in case somebody tries to undo the lock. I'd advise use the protective pads to prevent impressions if your steering has a soft leather cover. Overall this is an old school well made steering lock that does the job if used carefully.

j'avais un sabot du meme type dans le temps, vraiment la solution anti vol de base, ce sabot est robuste et bien realisé, prix raisonnable , excellente solution pour un antivol physique de voiture, touchons du bois :-)
