Does not come with instructions but think you can google them. My builder put it all together and without instructions got in a pickle. Sellers sorted it all out for me and correspondence with them was fast and good, very helpful. Would recommend.

It arrived 2 weeks early - kind of good, but also not, because if I hadn't been in the delivery guy said he would have just left it outside the front of the house. It would have been pinched within minutes, and then I would have had a big fight to get a new one sent. Either that, or I would have had to move it all round to the back garden myself, and as a middle aged woman that would have been difficult.There were no instructions!! There are about ten main pieces, loads of batons and two bags of hundreds of screws. The two bags were identical, and it became obvious that you only need one bag, and the other one was left in error. The 70mm screws were missing (from both bags) and had been replaced by 50mm screws which were not long enough.I spent the weekend trying to find instructions online with no luck, but the company was closed for the weekend, so no joy there. When I asked the delivery guy where the instructions were, he said "everyone asks that. They're online". My suggestion is that if everyone asks for instructions it might be worth spending an additional 1.6p and sending the shed with a photocopy of the instructions.I did eventually get emailed a link to the instructions, after calling up and waiting on hold for 10 minutes.I then realised that lots of other pieces were missing, and that others needed to be cut to size with a mitre saw - which I don't have. Another phone call to customer service, and I was told to go and buy my own screws if they were missing!!Overall, cheap materials and design, and sadly cost far and above what it is worth. The customer service became more and more unacceptable, with the final guy being utterly appalling.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that "they are all far too busy to speak to you"!!Managers who are too busy to speak to the customers who keep their business afloat is a shocking indictment of how this business operates.My advice is, do not buy from this company.

Great shed - fortunately hubby is a chippy so was able to work out how to assemble the 17 million pieces. NOTE - THIS IS NOT SUPPLIED WITH INSTRUCTIONS

Looks okay when assembled but not great quality and obviously wasn't checked before being despatched. There were a couple of split panels and the roof panels had to be adapted as they were nowhere near square. Reported back to seller who insisted they will only consider replacing panels, not a partial refund for quality not being up to scratch first time around. Roof panels in particular weren't apparent until attempting to put together - obviously I wasn't going to send the tradesmen home or pay for them to come back out if/when a replacement panels were delivered. Not massively impressed with customer service or willingness to put things right.
