tasty and easy to prepare. I dumped the rice into a cereal bowl, and cover with the paper plate and put it in the microwave. I heat it at 70% power so that I don't scorch any of the ingredients. and it retains some moisture.

Good food and bout all at $15 discounted price. I do not understand why Amazon would only allow me one box per an order. I had to purchase daily. This is the only food I can eat and not readily available in stores. I struggle to find it, and once I found it in Amazon I attempted to purchase all in stock of a discounted price, and was systematically limited by Amazon. Am watching for discount so that I can replenish before I run out and have nothing to eat. Gluten free ginger rice is my only food due to severe allergies and other food intolerances. Easy cook and tasty! Thank you for this product!

Very Spicy!!
HOT HOT Hot! I can’t even eat it it’s so spicy! Maybe it’s my tastebuds, but this rice product is so overwhelming in spice, it’s hard to get down. I’ve tried other rice from this company & they were good. Also-instructions call for nuke for 90 seconds as instructed: rice is very dry! Maybe add 1/2 tbsp water before cooking to moisten. So, I will donate the box to a food pantry. Be warned!

No garlic taste, mostly cumin and chili peppers
It's ok, but I was very disappointed that I could not find any garlic flavor at all; the most pronounced flavors were the cumin and chili peppers; neither are my fav, so I don't think I'll be purchasing this again.
