These are my favorite protein bars. I carry them in my purse to keep the hungriest away while running errands.

There is at least 10 grams of protein in the bar. They tasted OK to me but HMR fudge graham bars are my #1! Regardless of the bar you buy, they are a good deal. It averages out to be about $2 per bar. I could tell the bars are sealed really well because they are a bit hard to open. Once you open it, you can smell how good they are. I usually warm my protein bars up by leaving it in my pocket for 10-15 minutes to soften it up, which makes it a bit easier to open the bar and to chew the bar. The taste is decent chocolate peanut butter, nothing too weird or artificial tasting. It’s a clean enough ingredient list for a processed bar.

I can use this as a meal replacement or a treat. Break in pieces and keep in a ziplock bag as diabetic fix during the night.
