Tactical swim cap. Love it.
I love it. It fits snug and I tend to forget im wearing it. Its warm with minimal fabric as I dislike large beanie caps. If only my kids would stop calling it my swim cap.

Perfect, high quality headgear for cool to cold workout and running days.
This fall, I made a resolution: I'd run every day of winter regardless of the temperature or conditions. OK, being from Florida, that isn't that great of feet. However, this did include running on days below freezing, which was a first for me. The skull cap was perfect. It was lightweight and wicked moisture like a pro. From cold to cool runs, it was something I wouldn't leave home without. I really enjoyed that it kept sweat out of my eyes as well. It held up under multiple washes. I even forgot and left it in a dryer a few times - fully expecting it to come out the size of a thimble - which never happened. And for the cost, it couldn't be beat. Honestly, the worst part is how many years I avoided adding such a simple piece of equipment to extend runs and enjoy getting outside even on the coldest Florida days. So, I highly recommend this whether it's a top or base layer to extend your own cold (or cool) outdoor activities.

very comfortable. I often forgot the skull is on
I wear side large motorcycle helmet. This skull fits just right, very comfortable. I often forgot the skull is on. I wear skull cap daily, from around 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. It keeps my head warm from temperature about 50 F and not feeling hot to about 80 F. It seems to be well made. It is close to my favorite but now discontinued New Balance skull cap. I would give it 5 stars if It came clean. Materials may have went through oil or dirt of some kind. I washed three times before water seem clean before wearing. More brownish color come out after I cleaned it after wearing for all day. I happened to another brand of skull cap I brought in the past. Not a deal breaker for me. I like it so much that I ordered two more even with the brownish color water when I washed it.

Does exactly what it advertises....
I purchased this cap/beanie for use when running in cooler weather (40's/30's and below...where I live it seldom gets really cold) in place of my regular running hat, largely based on the high number of positive reviews/ratings it has received. My primary reason for purchasing was because I wanted something to cover my ears and keep them warm in addition to my head, especially when it's windy, with the secondary reason being to absorb sweat without overheating me. My thoughtsโฆ. Pros: โข Size: I have a decently large head (lots of real estate up there) and it stretched to cover it and my ears comfortably without feeling tight or constricting in any way. It might be a little loose if you have a very small head, but I can't say definitively; as it is very stretchy, this may not be a big issue. โข Warmth: My initial impression straight out of the packaging was that it was very thin and extremely lightweight, so I was curious how well it would do keeping me warm. No worries there on my first use (mid-30โs with a โfeels likeโ of 30, 7-10 mph winds, 50% humidity, and a light mist) as, when I got outside and started running, I immediately realized how cold the rest of my face felt in comparison to feeling nothing on my head/ears. It performed equally as well on subsequent runs with temperatures ranging anywhere from the coldest being high 20's/30 degrees to the warmest being mid/high-40's and winds ranging all the way up into the mid-double digits, without ever making me feel like I was too warm. I could see it being comfortable in the 50+ degree range as well. โข Sweat absorption/moisture wicking: It also performed well in this area. Granted I donโt sweat as much when itโs cold, but stillโฆafter a three-mile run it was fairly soaked but my head seemed pretty dry. Additionally, it dries surprisingly quickly (within a few hours). โข Odor: Since I usually run 4-5 times a week, I'm not throwing my cap/hat in the washer after every run (though I may rinse them in the sink). However, even after a few runs (including after the first run without rinsing) it had NO noticeable odor that I could tell, which is AMAZING to say the least...and again, it dries so quickly that you could rinse, let it dry, and use it again the next day. Although the product description doesn't make any claims in this area, it passes the test with flying colors. โข Construction/Durability: it seems extremely well-made (no noticeable issues with the stitching, etc.). As I've only had it for a few weeks, I can't speak to how well it will hold up over the long run. However, it comes with a lifetime warranty, which is hard to beat. Even if it wears out in a few years, I would gladly repurchase it again based on my initial impressions. Not really a pro or a con, but it does muffle sound a bit (obviously) since it covers your ears. Thatโs just something to keep in mind depending on your intended use, especially if you are running/biking/riding in or around traffic or other people. Cons: โข The only negative so far is an aesthetic one: it doesnโt have a completely smooth look as it appears in most of the pictures. There is a bit of a โbulgeโ or weird sort of wrinkle on the vertical seams just above the horizontal seamโฆsee my pictures or the one of the woman wearing the dark gray cap in the product listing as itโs easier to see there than in my pictures. Keep in mind that I have a fairly large head, so itโs stretched out to cover it and itโs still not completely smooth. If you have a smaller head, it will likely be more noticeable (like the picture of the gray cap). That doesnโt affect performance at all so I'm not detracting from my rating because of it and also because it's just a personal preference (and a bit nitpicky, but it may matter more to other people). Based on my observations above, in my opinion this product truly deserves the high rating it's getting from customers and it is worth every penny.

Good Not Great
Well made and I know it's supposed to be a helmet liner, but it's just too small. Yes, I have a giant head - but the helmet fits great, no reason the liner should not fit great as well. It is cut so small that it moves and slides, with or without a helmet. I needed a lightweight head cover for running in the winter. No matter how cold your head will still sweat, and it's smart to wear some sort of head covering but not something too heavy. This is the right idea but just not that well made.

Great for snowboarding.
I ordered those for snowboarding because I like to use this type of cap prior to my helmet and you work it great it did not felt too bulky in my helmets so there was a win and kept my head warm

Loving my skull cap
I am bald and find that when riding, sweat runs down into my eyes causing them to sting and making it difficult to see. Not the safest when you are trying to capture KOM (of which I have none). This beenie has solved several problems for me this winter while riding. Keep my head warm - check Keep the sweat out of my eyes - check Make my helmet safer - (not confirmed thankfully) This next comment is my own and makes no guarantees of enhanced safety. If you are familiar with cycling helmet technology, you may have heard of MIPS. It makes it so if you do crash and your helmet hits an object, in addition to the helmet taking the brunt of the energy from the impact, MIPS allows the helmet to move some preventing some of the twisting of your neck and head if the helmet didn't have this technology. I have found, in just moving the helmet on my head, the helmet remains secure but does allow for some rotation possibly functioning like MIPS technology. Again, I have done no testing and cannot suggest that it matches MIPS technology or is superior, just my anecdotal observations when wearing a skull cap. I like mine. I can recommend it to you.

Great active toque
I'd been looking for a toque that would work for running and under my bike helmet for winter fat biking and this fit the bill perfectly. I'm generally a L/XL in a flex-fit ball cap and this toque fits well and still has room to stretch. Material on the inside is soft and doesn't make your forehead itchy as most poly toques do. I would have bought more in other colors but the only option for free shipping at the time was for solid black.

Pretty decent but loses stretch
Got this for work and it's good for keeping your head warm without being too bulky... Good for under hard hats... Have found that it's already starting to lose its firmness and is overstretched already... But overall would recommend

Perfect for large head.
I had one from local store for a few years. Was OK, but nowhere near where this is. It's nice to touch, slightly warm but not hot. Fits great on larger head and covers the ears. I use under bicycle helmet in colder weather. I think I will purchase one more, not easy to find something this good, regardless of the price level.
