Pretty much as expected
This was prescribed by my physical therapist, and fits in my travel bag.

This a great addition to my working my body while seated.
I like this alot but I haven't been able to use it as much as I want to. It's easy to store, without taking up any space, and light weight. I'm a very active senior, and like to keep working my body even when sitting so this item is perfect along with small dumbbells.

Wide metal band
The metal is much wider than I thought. It's uncomfortable to hold. So I sent it back.

It gets the job done
I'm a Pilates teacher, and for short clients, I need a 12" magic circle. Very few 12" ones are made, so the prices are very high compared to those for the 14" ones. I would not have paid Merrithew's usual price for this, but I found it on amazon for about $15, so grabbed it. My only complaint is that the padded area is really designed to accommodate adduction work (bringing arms and legs closer together) rather than abduction work.

Great
Great, bought 3 of the circle for my friends and myself. It was used in the dance school of my friend's daughter. I used it to tone my legs and there are plenty of videos on YouTube that you can refer to.

Not gentle at all
I purchased this ring because it was advertised as being gentle. When it arrived and I tried it I found that the resistance was much greater than heavy duty rings I’ve tried. This is incorrectly advertised as gentle.
