We would recommend to feed as much food your betta will consume within 1-3 minutes once a day.

According to the main info on the label .. the Bottom Feeder pellets are made of shrimp and supplemented with seaweed and squid (to promote growth and health). The package says that the fish readily use the nutrients and release less ammonia, for cleaner and clearer water. There are many other ingredients listed on the package (too long to type out). How big are these pellets? i got a sample of an api betta food and they are super super super tiny. is this the same?

This is also very small , half the size of nls betta feed and almost same(api is smaller) as aqueon betta feed
