Super sharp and cut through multiple layers of fabric easily. Love the petroleum oil slick colour. The blades are really smooth and I find when cutting yarn the fibres don’t stick to them and jam up the scissors like most cheaper scissors do. These are as good if not better than expensive top end scissors. They are comfortable to hold and fit in your hand nicely. They cut accurately and make nice clean cuts. Highly recommend. The big scissors are quite long but don’t be put off by them. Great affordable scissors.

These are great and very sharp, even at the very tip. Having the 2 different sizes is really handy, nice and balanced as well. Definitely recommended for any sewing projects and I think a fair price.

Very good scissors. Sharp enough to cut fabric/corrugated card. Just need to clean them off if cutting sellotape as they do gunk up a bit but that probably goes for all scissors. Good weight to them and they have nice large handles. Pretty blades to them. They seem sturdy and solid. Half the price of the identical ones from Dunelm.

I love these tailoring scissors to present as a gift for a professional fashion designer entrepreneur. She loved them and the colour is so unique, the scissors are excellently priced, perfect size and more than I expected. I will save this seller for future buys as I am so pleased and so is the lady that received this to help her with her designing, cutting and crrsting her fabulous clothing range. The delivery driver was the best I've experienced in all the years I have shopped with Amazon. He was lovely, polite, gracious, and an all round excellent person.

These are a reasonable set of dressmakers scissors. They aren't as sharp and effective as my other pair, but they also weren't as expensive. They also aren't as heavy as my other pair, which for my hands is a bonus. For the price I paid I feel these work well. They cut through cotton easily. I did test cutting through 5 layers of cotton fabric but I couldn't video it, but they cut through that easily so for dressmaking they are ideal. I did manage to video them cutting through a single piece of fabric with a thicker cuff at the end. They also look pretty which isn't important, but an added bonus. A decent pair of basic dressmakers scissors.

Per chi la usa per sartoria consiglio però di prendere la combo 2 forbici grande e più piccola, così si potranno tagliare i tessuti leggeri con una e i tessuti più pesanti con l'altra. In questo modo le forbici dureranno per anni! Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la forbice arriva esattamente come nella foto dimostrativa. Consigliatissima!
