Buckwheat Neck Bolster, Husk Cervical Sleep Roll, Great for use as Body Pillow or in Your Yoga Practice (Black)

This pillow is working great for my neck and shoulder pain. It was highly recommended to me and it is worth trying. It is just firm enough, but conforms to make it comfortable. I use it in the morning for 15 minutes and pain is relieved. I have fallen asleep many times and woke up without pain. It is also nice for my lower back as lumbar support. I put a pillow case on it so I can keep it clean.

I hesitated spending this much on a pillow, but this is just what I needed. It's very firm with zero give, so it has great support for my back when I'm sitting on the couch. It's the perfect size for that job, and I can also sit on it when I'm sitting criss cross so I have a bit of height in my hips. For my purposes, it works perfectly and the shape makes it work for a number of different positions. I like that it seems sturdy enough to last a long time, and when it wears out I hope to come back and update this review.

Great pillow, well made, I will use it as back support watching TV in bed but it is way to large for cervical support. Removing husks makes a flat pillow.

Perfect, high quality, nice color, firm but comfortable (adjustable like i did, by removing a little buckwheat) now it’s exactly what i wanted for meditation support!

Not sure why skincare specialists aren't recommending these because this has done more for my face than retinol. How, you ask? Because I'm not smashing my face into a pillow every night. If you're a side-sleeper, place this on a diagonal under your head so it runs from the top of your head to the back of your neck. It'll take a minute to find the right spot. Just move it back from the side of your face. Excellent sleep, excellent skin. You're welcome. : )

The cushion is nice and comfortable but there is no inner lining for the filling. So washing it can get messy.

Pretty good I use it for my 4.5 hrs of dyalis. Need to dump some of the wheat to make it a little less stiff. Much better than the neck pillow I tried

I’ve been looking for a small pillow to hold under my shoulder when I sleep, finally I found one that’s small enough! However, I plan to travel with this pillow, and it’s way too heavy, so I took out the filling and replaced it with some cotton batting I had lying around. Much lighter, but it won’t provide any substantial neck support unless I put the filling back. With the filling in, it reminded me of a crunchy bean bag for cornhole, but much larger.No odd smells, and I really like the texture of the material. It’s a little rough, but in the way a natural fiber feels coarse. I would compare it to a canvas tote. If you dislike the feel of polyester or microfiber, this may be a better option for you.Since the zipper is easy to open and it’s not too small, you might be able to fit a hot water bottle inside for neck pain or a chilly night (take the filling out or it’ll get everywhere).

Great pillow. It’s added to my quality of life and comfort. Perfect size! I recommend getting a cover for it.

I love this product. I have severe arthritis in my neck and other parts. I sleep on a regular pillow but when my neck is particularly painful I will spend an hour or two on just the buckwheat roll.. This eases my stiffness and headaches. I cannot stay on it as I have no give in my neck vertabrae so the time I do utilise the roll is invaluable...
