Palm Reading for Beginners: Find Your Future in the Palm of Your Hand (Llewellyn's For Beginners, 6)

This is a great introduction to palmistry for those who know nothing about it. I thought it was the realm of gypsy fortune tellers and was amazed how accurate it really is! It didn't cover some of the things I saw on my hand so I wound up getting another more complete book, but this is the one I refer to since it's so compact and basic.

This is a good book, it should say "hand reading for beginners" this goes way past just palm reading. I read this book and it gets into detail about the entire hand and wrist, not just the palm. After reading some of this book, I went to a palm reader who charged $25.00 for what might have been the worst reading I've ever had. Buy the book for $9.75 and save yourself the difference.

Very good book for beginners. Gives detailed explanations. Easy to follow. User friendly. I am trying to find a real live person to teach me how to read palms. I currently read Tarot cards Professionally and so many people want their palms read as well. There is definitely an art to this . I have purchased a few other books that were not as helpful.

Excellent read so far (over half way through). It says for beginners but it's very detailed so anybody who's been studying or interested in studying palmistry will get something out of it. He takes from real life experience reading palms, and incorporates other methods he's come across. Breaks it up into chapters by hand, major lines, minor lines, mounds etc. and provides detailed explanations. Very well written and easy to read.

Loved it so much but I gotta read again....its filled with great information and so interesting thru the whole thing. I finished it the evening it arrived n that's not usually a thing for me!!!! Great book, greatly written!

I actively give people tarot readings and tea leaf readings. This book has helped me learn the basics with reading palms. Its loaded with fantastic and fascinating information. I passed the book around at a dinner party and easily had my guests engrossed in the topic in a matter of minutes. Easy to read and the diagrams are very helpful.

It has a great deal of information but lacks enough pictures and drawings to be really useful to those new to palmisty. It is a good "go along" with better illustrated books.

Excellent book. I read it in two days, could have read it in one day if I wasn't interrupted. Pictures were easy to understand. Every part of the hand and every line on the hand was explained. This was my first book on palm reading and I must say, I've learned a lot. I definitely recommend this book.
