Flat Resistance Band Handles for Pull up Assistance Bands and Loop Exercise Bands for Home Gym Workout Exercises

Really takes my exercise bands to the next level. I highly recommend if you have or are thinking of buying a set of flat bands for exercise.

Worked great with resistance bands, but one of them ripped almost all the way through where the nylon connects to the metal hook.

The handle's are perfect for flat bands. They are a little sharp so I put Black electric tape on them so it doesn't damage the bands.

The edge on the metal hook where you put your bands is really sharp, will ruin your bands if you don't sand them down to remove the sharp edge.

With working full-time and going to school full time, I often have little to no time/energy to make it to the gym. These handles not only have made home workouts more accessible, but they're also extremely easy to use! They're applicable to a wide variety of workouts and have allowed me to make working out more routine. Highly recommend!!

Well made. But the metal is too sharp and prone to cut into exercise bands.
