This has helped so much! It stays cold longer than it stays warm, but both bring relief. Easy to use and good value. Band is comfortable to wear

The cooling element (just a freezer bag in a very "face friendly" shape) works wonders. However the cover arrives w a very strong smell of neoprene volatile vapours (to with many migraine sufferers will be super sensitive) and needs a proper wash and about a week of airing for it to dissipate. My partner now uses just the cooling element cooled in fridge instead of freezer, super comfortable worn inside a double folded 'buff' headband. Despite those downsides it's worth every penny for the instant relief it provides when the migraine gremlins strike.

Oh man, this does wonders for my migraines. When you first take it out of the freezer, it's super cold and definitely nice to put on your head. It does get a bit too cold, though, so I recommend putting a tea towel around it to not freeze your head. With the strap, it fits comfortably around your head, and you can adjust it so the pressure points are wherever you want them to be, which is ideal. It stays cold for a good 20 minutes, but once it's warm, it's a bit useless and definitely needs to go back in the freezer. Maybe get two so you can switch them.

Great item, works well if you can get the right temperature. It doesn't stay that way long either, body heat is enough to warm it or you adjust to it quickly. It says you can put the gel pack in the freezer for 2 hours before use but I wouldn't recommend it. It might get rid of a head ache but its really uncomfortable. Place it in the fridge and be prepared to cool it more often. Pros: 1 - the head band is comfortable, one size fits all and easy to wear. 2 - the product works if you use the fridge Cons: 1 - the head band is to thin to use a freezer, it resulted in a really uncomfortable time and I couldn't use it without a thin tea towel 2 - if you use a fridge it doesn't get cold enough to stay cold for long

Loved this. You'll need to try and flex it a bit straight from the freezer but it's very good. It will stay cold around 15/20 mins. Stays on really well too.

Heaven sent for migraine relief! This cold pack was perfectly adjustable to suit different head sizes. So much so, that both myself and my young daughter have been able to use this product comfortably! It was cool enough to ease the pain and the material over the cold pack made it comfortable to have on. It advertises the pack on your head but I even placed it over my eyes to alleviate symptoms and it was glorious! Definitely recommend this product!

Smells terrible. If you have a migraine and sensitive to smells this is the worst thing you can have. I tried airing for two weeks and tried washing with cold water. Nothing worked. It also doesn't feel cold enough and doesn't stay cold very long.
