What if you can't go on highway my car won't go past 30mph?

I don't believe that it will help if your car will not go above 30. Sounds like something more serious with your vehicle.

How many miles will this take to unclog a 2005 sentra 1.8l cat, that revs only to 2700 rpm, with no error codes?

It sounds to me as if your cat is beyond repair. If you’ve already used a bottle it should fix it pretty quickly. If your car runs no better, you need a new converter. That’s what happened to me, I had to buy a new converter.

Once you add this product to the gas tank what is the rest of the process?

add the product to the gas tank when it close to empty - for me that was about 2-3 gallons remaining - then really ran the car hard (like I stole it) - - filled the tank with high test and some injector cleaner- and again ran the car hard - check engine light stayed off for a good 6-8 hundred miles - more than long enough to pass NC emissions test - the light did eventually come back on - but then realized it was the fuel my wife purchased - - as I had her fill up with a different brand and light turned off

One person posted that they used a combination of "cataclean and solder it" in the gas tank? what is solder it - can anyone post a link?

Never heard of that but you shouldn't have to mix anything with our Cataclean
