Light, refreshing lemon flavor in a crisp, amazing cookie.
I originally ordered these to go in some lemon fudge I was going to make, but they didn't make it that far. I was surprised to find they arrived in perfect condition when I realized how thin they were. I ordered them in hopes they would be a thin, crisp, cookie and they fit those guidelines perfectly. Out of the entire two sleeves of cookies, only one cookie was broken in half. The cookies were delightful! They were fresh, had an excellent lemon flavor that was just right, not overpowering. The Meyer Lemon Cookie Thins were light, crisp, and baked to perfection. There were no crumbs from broken cookies. These were everything I had hoped for and was looking for, I just need to order more so I can use them for the fudge. They are also an excellent cookie to enjoy with tea. For their quality, crispness, and freshness, I consider them a great value.

The thin cookies are very delicious, but they arrived in a box that is not very sturdy causing many of the cookies to be crumbly.

Try them once and you will always have them in your home.
The best cookie I have ever had. You can have 8 cookies and it is only 120 calories. Texture is incrediable. They are thin which Is nice.
