Wilton 710-991 Rainbow Sparkling Sugars, 8-Ounce

They are sparkling sugar. They are sweet and look nice on baked goods. The colors are muted a little, not bright colors at all. Not much else to say!

I’ve bought so many bottles of these sprinkles over the years I should be a Wilton stockholder! They’re perfect on my white chocolate dipped shortbread cookies - an exciting last touch and everybody loves them!

I bought a jar of this sparkly magic for a “simple” batch of cookies, and somehow ended up with a glittering cookie runway show that would make the Great British Bake Off judges weep glittery tears. These sprinkles don’t just sit on your treats—they perform. They catch the light like edible disco balls. Seriously, one cookie sparkled so hard my dog barked at it. Texture-wise, they're chunky in the best way: just enough crunch to give a satisfying bite without chipping a molar. They hold their color beautifully in the oven too—no sad melting or color-bleeding disasters. These sprinkles came to SLAY, not fade. I’ve used them on cupcakes, brownies, pancakes, a questionable donut experiment, and even the rim of a cocktail glass. Best baking sugar, use it for years

I used these on small butter cookies for Easter and they looked pretty, although the granules are larger than I expected and slid off a little too much when I was sprinkling by hand with my pointer finger and thumb. But I used a cookie gun with different shapes so it could have been due to that. In hindsight, I should’ve pressed the excess sugar on top of the cookie dough with my finger before baking (instead of letting it free-fall), if I wanted more sprinkle to cookie ratio lol. In my defense, I usually use those solid colored sugar sprinkles on top of my butter and sugar cookies and the granules are definitely smaller in those compared to these chunkier square ones. I think these will look especially pretty on bigger goods like sugar cookies and cupcakes/cakes but I haven’t done that yet. Overall, they’re super pretty and you get a lot in an 8 oz bottle and the price at the time I got this was good, seemed fair or even less than the store. I do recommend for that extra oomph and color to your baked goods.

Incredibly enough, got this one to add to a whipped soap formula and get a cute looking scrub. It does the trick. I have also used to top pancakes. It does the job. They are not so bright looking.

Pretty, adds shine to baked goods

Love this for a colored sprinkle effect without the hard and difficult to eat without breaking a tooth type sprinkles. you can see in the pictures how I used them for pill type cookies and then as the center of a flower. They add a little extra sugar to the cookie too - so yummy and easy to chew.
