Pine-Sol 40238 Liquid Cleaner, Sparkling Wave, 60 fl oz Bottle

Pine-Sol really messed up!! If you look at the picture of the product it is the "original sparkling wave" which is what I thought I would be receiving....sadly I was wrong. I received the "New and Improved" sparkling wave. It may be new but there is nothing improved about it. It stinks. It really really stinks. Shame on me for thinking I beat the system and found the last remaining stock of lovely smelling original sparkling wave pine-sol. The funny part of this is I now have 2 big bottles of, one I purchased at my local box store and the other from Amazon, and I won't use either one.

I was looking for the old Pinesol, as the picture of the product shows. Since they changed the Pinesol scents, I can't find the original blue Pinesol anywhere. I though that's what I was buying here, but it's the newer scent that I received. Just a heads up in case it matters to you.

My Greek mother in law swears by this product and let me tell you, it is the greatest smelling cleaning product of all time. I wish they sold it in stores, but I don’t mind getting it on Amazon, since they ship it directly to my door.I’m not kidding you, it gets every single smell out of your house for whatever cleaning needs you will use it for. My in law ordered fifteen bottles (I kid you not) when she was traveling over seas to be shipped to my house and she told me to keep half so I decided to try it out.I AM SOLD! I am a believer in this blue magical scent!I put it in a spray bottle and let it do all the work.But wait, there’s more!!!!!I’ve been told this kills the bacteria from COVID. I kid you not. This will get rid of the cat pee smell from your old feline that misses the litter box. It will refresh your bathroom from the stench of your husbands (or kids) special smells. It will sell your house just by the smell alone. You could have a wonky foundation, terrible layout, outdated kitchen and bathrooms, but if you clean with this BLUE PINE SOL, you will sell it with multiple offers on the first showing. If only my house could clean itself, could I be happier.Just buy it. In bulk. Ok!

I have bought sparkling wave pinesol in past but now the new cleaner scent is more chemical smell! I even went back to the last time I purchased and it is not the same so beware it has been "improved" or unimproved in my opinion.

I also LOVED the old sparkling wave pine sol and have been unsuccessfully hunting for it since the newer fresher scent replaced it. I tried the new one but the smell is much harsher and stronger than the pleasant clean scent of the old version. The product ordered on Amazon was not the older version as pictured, but the new one with the pink flower on the label. Very disappointed at losing my favorite cleaning product! Three months and I have tried about 10 different products and don't like any of them. I've ended up using method brand honeysuckle all purpose cleaner on my floors and other hard surfaces which to me has a nice scent, no harsh chemical smell. I don't think it cleans quite as well as my fave sparkling wave and the scent doesn't last as long but it's the best replacement I've found. If pine sol went back to the old formula I would switch back to sparkling wave.

Original pine sol isn't as easy to find as it used to be. I keep a squirt bottle mixed with a little water and a lot of pine sol to keep the flies under control where my rescue pigs sleep. Also good for wiping table tops, etc. outside or inside. Flies hate the smell of old fashion, original Pine Sol. Also cleans most household (and barn) messes.

Wish it was the old scent. Pine Sol should go back to the scent this used to be.

This product leaves a clean, pleasant scent. It would be better if it was also a disinfectant.
