The cups are small. Maybe ping pong ball size. I needed a slightly bigger cup for my condition. For the price they are not bad. If you are wanting to do a large area or treat a large muscle knot you need to buy a larger size. The suction and ease of use is awesome with these cups and they are very strong. Be sure to use with lotion to help with comfort! Also follow the instructions. They aren't complicated and do help with using the cups. The seller was very quick in shipping. I will definitely use these cups again to help with pain and circulation issues.

These are smaller than I thought they were. So I purchased larger ones. These work for my legs or arms much better.

This item works very well. It's easy to use, and it's well made.

The ones I got are very small but I misread the opening size vs the cup size. However they still work very well. I use on my back of neck, shoulders, shin and areas of muscle attachment. They also work great on dynamic cupping over my whole leg and hip and traps with standard hand lotion mitigating adhesions.

The product was smaller than expected. When performing cellulite massages it was difficult maintaining the suction.

Perfect for cupping against cellulite! Super easy to use. The suction power is pretty strong and foolproof. Just be sure to drink lots of water to avoid toxins showing in your skin (i.e acne on face) as that’s what you’re pulling out. Also, its easier with oil so I usually did it before showering .

I bought these after my breast surgery (Explant) and I didn’t find them easy to use, the material is way to thick.. not recommended for breast of face
