Easy cards to follow along

These cards are smaller than expected but still have good information. My only real complaint is this... Even though they were sealed a few cards have ripped corners and so missing information.

These are very helpful for beginner yoga instructors or anyone wanting additional guidance in their practice without watching videos all the time. The cards rate the difficulty level of each exercise, describe the benefits of each, and even come with pattern cards to vary the order in which you go through the flows or movements. Portable and easy to use.

Just ok. Size of the cards are a little small(I should have read that before purchasing). And I felt like a lot of important basic poses were left out. I will keep them as it will help me in my practice still.

It's expensive, but durable and easy to use. That's for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga doers. I like how I can make my own routine and get ideas for different positions. This is a great alternative if you don't want to go to a class or watch online. I still sometimes watch online on YouTube, but there are total days where I just want to put on meditation music and do my own thing. I also wanted cards that included the benefits for each pose, and these cards include that. This helps me learn if I do a position it can benefit me in a certain way.
