I have been using this chair for past 3 months now. I got it for 1.3 lac during dussehra sale. The experience has been great. It has so many modes available to suit to your needs. Though I could not use that many modes as a full body or neck & shoulder modes was more than enough for me. On my limited interactions for post sales and services I have few observations:1. The delivery was made before time. The technician visited the same day and made sure that customer understands all the functionality. Did not ask for any tip which I liked.2. I called them to gauge if customer care responds or not but it promptly responded to my query around warranty and repairs just in case it's needed.3. 1 year on site warranty is provided.As Robotouch's from Hyderabad, I would suggest locals to go after products from this brand as post sales service is the most important in this category.

I do not normally write review after purchase....but now I thought I should write one.....as I could not find many reviews on massage chairs when I was trying to buy one.Delivery was in time and without a scratch eventhough the chair was heavy...good packingFirst feeling was I should not have waited so long in buying this massage chair...Should have bought this long backThe rollers at the bottom of foot were really good and provide soothing experienceThe calf massager relieves calf pain after a long day of hard work and standing. It has a zero gravity position which is very relaxing. The neck and back massager relieves any kind of back and neck pain various modes are available like shaitu, tapping etc for a good massage experience. There are ten automatic modes and from that I really love cybrarian mode, neck and shoulder mode, dream mode, full body stretch mode. One can adjust the levels of massage intensity in manual mode. Air compression massage of arms, hands, foot, calf and shoulder releaves pain and provides relaxing experience. One can listen to music via Bluetooth while having massage.The customer service was the best part They provided immediate demo of it. They replied promptly to every call made. They even called after 10 day asking if I have any problem with the product. One suggestion I have to any buyer....that the customer care suggested.... is they should use this item with a voltage stabilizer.They provided me the confidence that any problem with the massage chair will be attended to..Wonderful massage experienceOverall wonderful experience and a happy purchase....I love this product.
