It really gives a boost.its the best out there.

This preworkout was terrible, struggled to get one serving down. Worse tasting preworkout I have tried, will be sticking with my Gold Standard.

I have had the worst experience with Kaged Muscle, and they have lost a loyal customer of 8 years without any care or regard. I used to avoid buying directly from them due to their U.K. warehouse constantly being out of stock and overpriced compared to other stockists. Unfortunately, I never had any issues until recently, when the taste of the Pink Lemonade preworkout—my go-to product for the last 8 years—changed drastically. It tasted sour, almost like it had been mixed with cherry flavour or had a horrible marzipan taste. Thankfully, the stockist I was newly using, iHerb, refunded me immediately but claimed Kaged took no responsibility or accountability. Assuming iHerb had sold me dodgy stock, I repurchased elsewhere, but this is where everything went downhill. I ordered 3 tubs costing me over £100, and the taste was just as bad as the iHerb order—disgusting and clearly off. When I contacted Kaged’s customer service, it was an absolute nightmare. They were rude, abrupt, unapologetic, and dismissive. They made numerous errors, from initially telling me I could refund, then saying I couldn’t, to conflicting statements about the flavour profile not changing versus adding more flavour to mask vitamins. I finally filed an official complaint only to be totally ignored with no follow up, and the whole process was a mess. I went online and found numerous complaints from January 2024 onwards about the awful change in flavour of all the flavours, and even more about their terrible customer service. For such a small company, you’d think customer care would be a top priority, but Kaged has missed the mark completely. Perhaps this decline started after their falling out with co-founder Kris Gethin, but whatever the reason, the product quality is now shocking, and their customer service is even worse. I won’t ever be back, and I urge others to take caution. If you ever have any issues with Kaged products, don’t expect any help from their customer service team, even if it’s a clear quality issue.

I've been using bcaa+caffeine powder as a pre workout for years. I decided to try something with more stuff in it (namely b6, b12, niacin, and beta alanine), and went with this because of the reviews. It does what it says it does! I'm not used to beta alanine, so the first three times I used it, my scalp and arms were tingling and kind of itchy. By day four, I got accustomed to the drink. I drink it while getting ready for my morning run or workout. By the time I start hitting it, I am pumped the "F" up! No more yawning through the first 15 mins of a session. One downside is the taste. Coming from the bcaa+caffeine supplement, which tasted great, to this, took some getting used to. The pink lemonade was off putting, but not gross out/upalletable. I now mix with a big blender bottle (45 oz) of ice water and it tastes okay to me. The label recommend 12oz of water was straight nasty to me, but more water made it almost good/not bad. About to order the orange flavor. Maybe that'll taste better. All in all, this stuff gets my engine revving far more than caffeine alone. It also seems to keep the engine running at high rpms for longer than caffeine alone, which is helping me train longer before mental fatigue sets in. In other words, I now find myself saying "one more mile" or "one more set", instead of "i'm about done" and tapping out. Which is more than I expected.

One of the best pre workouts on the market definitely boosts strength and energy. Gives a good pump. Mixes and dissolves easily. Good value, tastes pretty good

Massive scoops, mid results. Not dryscoopable

I enjoy the taste and I like the ingredients in the product. I dilute it to only 1/2 or 1/3 serving at a time. I think a full serving would have a very very strong taste. It dissolves easily with no chunks, flakes, or bits. It was a good price for the amount. I will definitely be using this product as a daily staple going forward and I'm so happy to found this!
