This rug is attractive & good for an office with pets that pop in (suits our use) but it has different levels of pile and it could be dangerous for elderly people or any age people with accessibility challenges. I hadn't read the reviews before buying it because it suited our office colors but I wish I had. It is also pretty wrinkled too so we are hoping some of this will settle down but the pile variations appear to be intentional for artistry. It is plush in some places and thinner in others leading to a slightly unstable surface. We like it but for the price we had hoped for more because Amazon has quite a few rugs in this price range. My advice is read reviews thoroughly before buying.

I love the rug. I bought insurance for stains. I tried to reach out a few times to them about getting it replaced as they said they would. But that’s not how it works. They sent me stain remover instead. Not happy.

I have ordered this brand before and it did not disappoint its beautiful.

I am very happy with this rug. I looked at many in stores and on line. When I ordered this, I thought it would blend nicely with my wall to wall carpet and create a special area in front of sofa and tv area. I received it 3 wks prior to opening it... very pleased with the quality.

First, we ended up with the wrong rug. We didn’t return it because the one they sent still matched and returning a rug is a huge pain. So that wasn’t a great start. BUT I love the look of the various pile heights in this rug and it’s comfortable- not incredibly soft but fine. I’m a little concerned about how long it will last, as the longer fibers fall out easily. With 2 toddlers and a cat, this is an issue for us.
