I received the chair yesterday and am loving it! It is very comfortable, I am 5’ 4” and it’s a perfect size for me. The color is very nice and it looks good in my living room. I gave a 5 star rating. I am very happy with the chair! Oh, and it came a lot sooner than I thought it would!!! Yay!As for the delivery I was most unhappy with FedEx . This is a large senior living complex and they always bring the items delivered right into the building and to the apartment door. Instead the delivery person left it outside and not even at the main entrance. I guess it was a new person but it was hard to get it in and up to my apartment. Fortunately the chair was in excellent condition, though I don’t know how since the box was very beat up!!

Got my new chair in today! My neighbor sent me txt that FedEx was rolling a large box end over end up to my house. I was disturbed thinking it might be damaged. Thank goodness it seems to be alright! I promptly put it together, it is way lighter than the one I am getting rid of. I sat down in it to give it a go... passed out! Very comfortable! Wasn't sure about it once put together because it's not a large as it looks in the pictures, but I am happy! Very soft and amazing! Only bad thing is you have to use your legs to lower the foot rest.Update: I have had the chair almost a week and I still like it but it does have its issues. The chair is extremely light so it tends to slide back when you go to sit down in it. Putting the legs down , as I said before , didn't have a handle to push them down so it is difficult and then when you get up and kick it to get the feet to stay down the chair slides back and you have to constantly pull it forward. This is starting to become extremely annoying. But otherwise the chair is comfortable.

It was sooooo easy to put together. It feels amazing and it sits very well. I was very well surprised at the quality of the construction. Only negative thing I can say about this chair was, does it fit in your room, it was larger than that pic. But this should not reflect on the quality of the chair. I am still impressed.

This might be a recliner thats built like a tank, but it has a good amount of cushion you be really comfy and because its light its easy to move it around if you need to but not so light that if you recline it itll move. ive had another recliner that weight 3 tiems as much and moved when reclining, its a big pain that luckily this doesnt have, so i dont have to scratch my floors :DP.S i have to give this below a 3 now, because this metal is light and makes this a dream to move when i need to move it, a big chunk of metal literally snapped. i used it alot so i cant blame it sort of, but it has barely been a year sense i bought it. and for the price it really should be a more quality metal and or at least thicker so something like this doesnt happen. they really shoulda done some form of stress test on these.P.S.S They covered it under warranty, they sent a new chair without having to send back this one. so if your worried they dont respect the warranty they 100% do. ill keep my review as a 3 star cuz thats of the chair quality and feel, respecting the warranty is just what every company should do, but its nice to know they stand behind the product if it breaks.

Bought two of these recliners $577 free shipping and there better than two I paid $400 each . Very soft and well constructed be ware of recliners that arms are not built into base . Those arm rest FLOP over the side exposing wood frame not these arm rest don’t move . You need to look how to assemble the chair out of the box if arm rest are not already attached stay away from that recliner you’ll be sorry you purchased that recliner

You can lose a leg on this one.First of all, I question the measurements this company provides in their advertising. The recliner is smaller, flatter, and lower than you would expect. Definitely not good for a tall or big person. The worst part is the foot rest mechanism , It’s pretty much a joke. If you notice in their video, the young lady gives it a gentle kick to lock the foot rest in place. The reality is you must use both legs to push that sucker back to lock, which is nearly impossible from a seating position. This is extremely dangerous; this company is going to get a lawsuit against them eventually. Then you have to kick the (expletive deleted) out of the foot rest to lock it in position. Ridiculous. Avoid this one.

I bought this chair 2 years ago. It was easy to assemble, and comfortable out of the box. The problem is, it is now very uncomfortable. Apparently the seat cushion has some kind of flexible plastic under the fabric. That material is now wrinkled and hurts my butt to sit on. I have to put another cushion on, just to sit on it. I knew that I was buying a budget, no frills chair. I don't have a thousand dollars to spend on a good one. But didn't even get two years.
