Great melatonin product but just a few notes.
Gets you to sleep REALLY fast. Acts in about 20 mins but one thing super important to note is that most of the time it will be very hard to wake up, your eyes will feel extremely heavy and on top of that you may end up getting a headache in the morning from this. But if you’re really struggling to get to sleep sometimes you’ve gotta do what you gotta do and this just works and works well!

I bought these for the nights that I have a difficult time sleeping. They seem to work well and I don't wake up groggy. You can even cut the pill in half if it's too strong. I would rather try these because they are safer than prescription sleeping pills. A family member told me to try these. I'm glad that they're not addicting. The bottle has 90 tablets and that should last a long time.
