I bought these for my mother, and she has been very happy with them. She says they help her sleep better at night and fall asleep more easily. They've worked well for her, and she keeps asking me to order more. Overall, we're very satisfied with this product.

Great quality product and priced very well.
I bought these for the nights that I have a difficult time sleeping. They seem to work well and I don't wake up groggy. You can even cut the pill in half if it's too strong. I would rather try these because they are safer than prescription sleeping pills. A family member told me to try these. I'm glad that they're not addicting. The bottle has 90 tablets and that should last a long time.

Good item, works super well but overpriced....
These work awesome but a little pricey. I gave 4 stars for no directions on bottle. I took a handful on the way home from work to give them time to kick in and I fell asleep behind the wheel of my car and crashed into a large cornfield taking out the scarecrow. Needless to say, they work AWESOME! Eat these and you will go to sleep. Thanks amazon!

These Nature Made Melatonin Tablets Are An Excellent Option For A Great Night’s Sleep
I purchased the 5 mg Melatonin tablets, and they work great. I typically take two tablets 2-3 days a week, about 45-70 minutes before bedtime. Each time, I get a good night’s sleep and wake up feeling well-rested. However, I wouldn’t recommend going out after taking these, as they might make you feel very tired unexpectedly. The tablets are small, easy to swallow with water, and don’t leave an aftertaste. Be cautious if you spill or drop one on the floor, as they can be difficult to find at times. I would certainly purchase these again, and recommend them for anyone who wants to fall asleep relatively quickly, stay asleep, and wake up ready to take on the new day!
