Good taste and provides good hydration no upset stomach or chalky texture. Just what I was looking for mixes well

When I go on strenuous hikes or long ski days, I almost always get painful cramps the following evening. These cramps can be so bad I am afraid to go to bed for fear of waking up screaming. I've tried multiple different electrolyte powders and drinks and they all help a little, but this brand seems to have double the sodium and electrolyte ingredients in one serving. Maybe it's also the combination of the BCAAs & amino acids with the electrolytes. Whatever the magic, for the first time ever, I have been able to participate in hard hikes and even a difficult backpacking trip without experiencing painful leg cramps. My only complaint is the sweetener is over the top artificial tasting. I tend to add 1/2 serving of Gatoraid powder or Mio to my drinks to disguise the flavor. I wish they would switch to Stevia sweetener. Other than the flavor, this is the best I've tried and the price is pretty reasonable to boot.

Honestly the flavor is pretty good the only thing I can say that I don't like about this powder from first try is that it's a little chalky. Not Chucky like protein shake chalky but chalky like an aftertaste like you can tell it was like a powder or something I don't know how to explain it but the flavor is good the taste is pretty good it's just like like I said you can feel that it's a little chalky.I haven't used it in junction with the gym yet but I will use it after some yoga and I will re-edit the review if I find any difference in performance, I did buy their pre-workout that is the spring break mix or whatever I might try them together and let you know later

This stuff is quite strong! Be warned because it WILL get you JACKED UP FAST.Don’t do what I did and drink it later in the evening because that’s when I take a protein drink a couple hours before bed anyways.It was delivered to me a little bit later in the evening and I was honestly just anxious to try the vanilla flavor which is amazing btw! If you like vanilla anything then you will LOVE this stuff! So I forgot about the caffeine and other fat burners in the powder and simply enjoyed the wonderful vanilla flavor. Ya 1 hour later I realized that probably wasn’t too good an idea so close to bedtime. LOL. Oh well my mistake however I’m confident that this will deliver big time thru out your day and workouts in general. I’m sure this might even qualify as a pretty good preworkout drink however it might not sit well in your stomach before a workout. But maybe it will be fine for you. Everyone is different. But you WILL be ready to hit it hard while taking this I’m sure and will looking forward to using it myself. I’m willing to bet I will buy this again but will have to wait a few weeks to decide for sure.Nevertheless; I highly recommend! Enjoy!

I'm split on this product (or BCAA sups like this in general). Just not sure if it made a noticeable change/difference and therefore whether it was worth it. Once this one runs out, will not be buying any more. Taste was OK.
