I've been using this chair as my office chair and it worked great. I didn't use all the extras like the foot rest and didn't even recline it at all. It has great back and neck support. Very comfortable as well.I'm writing this review because now, I need a new chair. After 2 years and 8 months, the hydrolics? are failing. The chair will just drop down to its lowest position randomly. Sometimes it drops little by little. Either way, the chair is done. Is almost 3 years a good life for a chair? I don't know, but I don't want to replace chairs that often so looking elsewhere for the next one.

I've never had a decent gaming chair.. or any kind of comfy chair for my pc. Which is silly, since I use it constantly. I decided to pick this up because it was priced okay and I just got my taxes. lol. It's pretty much as advertised, I weigh 310, and it holds my but up without feeling rickety. I like memory foam, but it could be.. thicker? It's not uncomfortable, but at the same time my butt falls asleep after a few hours. (pretty normal in any chair right?) So, it's not really a complaint. For the money it's a good buy. The only thing I don't like is that the memory foam in the arms of the chair.. remembers where my elbows rest a little too well. So it's not a cushioned as I'd like. Also not a deal breaker.... I enjoy sitting on this chair. That is all.

Very easy to assemble even though the box had minor damage everything inside was so carefully packaged all the pieces arrived just fine. Opening the box presentation was amazing even a nice little strip with a paragraph dedicated to the customer. Once assembled the excitement to sit in it was beyond major but upon pulling out the leg rest I was a little disappointed it wasn’t very long I’m 5’7” so for it to be at my calf’s with my ankles hanging off isn’t ideal. Still I am very happy with this gaming chair after a 6 1/2 hour streaming/gaming session I’m still sitting in the chair 3 hours later writing this review. The lumbar support is great I like the foam but the “massage” is laughable it is basically the same set up as a rumble pack lol it is a rather strong vibration but it is very loud. All in all I would definitely give this chair four stars worth the price and even with the short leg rest it is a wonderful chair.

Came damaged.I originally got this in late February, but I made the mistake of not checking this as soon as I picked it up from the post office because I wasn't planning on putting it together until my new office was complete, so it sat in my half-finished office until today.Fast forward to today, and there are holes in the chair, and when I sit in the seat, it tilts forward, causing the footrest to slide out and hit my legs.My return window ended on April 7th, so I'm out $139 for a chair that's probably worth $40, given the fact that it came damaged and doesn't sit right. Don't make the same mistake I did. Check as soon as you get this product.Edit 6/15/2023: Upped to four stars since the seller messaged me and offered to replace the chair. I managed to fix everything with a bit of elbow grease, but I'm still super appreciative that they offer to make things right.

I really enjoy the high back and the flexibility of this chair. The seat is not as cushioned as I thought, but it works great!

to start, the back of my chair came with small scratches in the back panel due to shipping which I haven't let effect my review of the product, i used this chair for my pc for a little under 9 months and found the bottom pad is a little small if you plan to be seated for more than an hour for work or gaming. the back support pillows adjustability can help with the stiff back received by the seat. the massager in the lumbar pillow also had some issues getting randomly very hot after running for a small amount of time and had very little benefit in use. the neck pillow was also too small for me and too big for my girlfriend so I opted to remove it. besides the scratches it shipped with the faux leather material used is very good and has stood the test of time. the one spot that did receive and sort of damage on the leather was a spot where the back support beam that you drop into the back of the chair to hold your backrest up snapped right along the entirety of the weld when i was leaning back at the 150 degree angle and stabbed a rectangular hole into the backrest and smacking me pretty hard on the spine. good times! I contacted support on amazon and after sending them pictures of the damage and my contact/shipping information they said they'd get replacements out very promptly. probably wouldnt purchase again due to the small seat pad and my personal issue with the neck pillow but the foot rest was nice and customer support was very helpful.

Assembly took 10min, and it came with the tools. Chair is very comfortable and the build quality feels very sturdy. I'll be buying a couple more for my kids computer desks.

Honestly only have had my chair for a day, and it's so comfortable to sit in. The foot rest can be a bit awkward since I have longer legs. Wished it would've extended out more and had another cushion to put in-between the bars, but still love it non the less.

I like it but I don't love it...  I like sitting in it.  It's an upgrade on what I had prior to it.  But...  The wheels were terrible, I was lucky enough to have a nice set on hand.  The new casters also rise the chair to an acceptable level.  Without the extra inch the chair would have been WAY too low.  The back doesn't seem to hold to the height it was set in.  The nob is just not tight enough to prevent it from falling over time.  For people that have trouble with the legs holder, it does go in a specific sense as it needs to flip to slide under the chair.  Talking about that...  I wouldn't put my full legs weight on it for an extended period of time...  It is only secured by 2 small plastic pieces...  The back also doesn't incline a lot.  All in all I'm ok with it, but not impressed.  I'm still happy buying it.  But if you are a heavy person DON'T go for this one.

My 13 year old daughter put it together on her own. I just came in after assembly to tighten a bit more the crews. Great chair for the price of around 90$CAD. She loves it.Shipping box was a little busted but this is a used product and nothing was actually broken inside.Bought one green and one Gold. The Gold one is perfect for my daughter but I am just shy of 6feet tall and the height of the chair could have been a few inches higher. As it stands, my legs are bent at 90 degrees so just right but still like being a bit higher.

UPDATE: My boyfriend just got the emerge gaming chair from staples. This chair only goes up to approximately 18 inches. He is 6ft tall. This chair causes his arms to go numb because its not tall enough. This is a good KIDS chair. Not meant for adults.This chair was easy to assemble. I have to rate the comfort on it a 4 star because the pillows are hard they're not comfortable. They actually CAUSE back pain! I bought this one for my boyfriend for Christmas, he didn't like it. He said it felt weird.

Definitely the chair for me: very comfy and snazzy like a Captain’s seat! I just wish it had more detailed instructions for the foot rest assembly. I’m going to have to take it apart and try to figure it out all over again because I’m sure I did it wrong. There really needs to be more indications as to which way the guiding rails need to face and at what angle. The diagrams were useless and nothing was labeled. So frustrating. Other than that I like it!
