I bought this back in 2022 and didn't really use it much. I took it out again recently, and I don't really know why I stopped. This is great. I use it mostly for my feet. It is painful, but feels really good. You can do it while watching tv and it provides so much relief. It's also great for getting those hard to reach shoulder areas. If you do not like painful massages, this is not for you. This is for the hardcore!

During my 10 day xc skiing trip, I really fell in love with this little massage tool. I used it daily to massage my back muscles, should blades, shoulders and gluts. The relief I got from the massage was incredible. The ball really gets to the trigger points, way more targeted than a rumbleroller. I feel like a massage therapist pushing deep into my trigger points -- a bit painful, sore but rejuvenating. The self massage can be done on floor, in bed or on a couch (if the mattress and couch are relatively firm). The stand is useful for shoulder and neck massage on the floor. It keeps the ball elevated, thus makes it easier to massage the shoulder/neck and the feeling is more intense. I got the original (clear) one. It has the perfect firmness and give. After my good experience, I gave a beastie ball as a gift to a friend who suffers shoulder pain and tightness. She loves it too!

I have what I believe is a cross between piriformis syndrome and coccyx pain from weight training and kickboxing. There is a spot, right where my tail bone meets the buttocks on the left side that was impossible to reach with a lacross, tennis or any other one dimensional ball. I needed something with an edge that could poke that small area not quite between the buttocks but at the ridge of it. At first, I was turned off by the price. Because I had bought other balls on recommendation from other athletes and they were useless. This thing sat in my cart for weeks. Until I finally could not stand the pain anymore. The first day I used it I almost cried from the pressure. It is intense but I knew it was working. About 2-3 days in, I was finally getting relief. I use it faithfully. Not everyday it’s too hard for that. But at least every other day. My boyfriend laughs because I’m on the floor with it going ohhhhhhh yeaaaaahhhh, lol just lost in space blissfully enjoying the painful goodness of working that knot out. Soooo satisfying. I didn’t regret this purchase at all.

I tried one of these a few months ago and had to get my own - they're terrific ! Perfect size and not too hard or soft either - works great for fascia release, post gym work outs, etc... BUT buy this directly from the source - my amazon order sent me a box with a little green ball in it - nothing at all as pictured. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic about getting the right one to me and quickly too! I use this ALL of the time now and even suggest it to my clients now too - LOVE it! Thank you!!!

Used to keep a socket wrench in the car to dig into my upper back when it would hurt and knot up. This is much better. Doesn't exactly substitute for a roller, but it can be used on the ground and against a wall. I had a roller, but I really just need that deep pressure into the spot that's aggravating in my back.

Great for knots and not as painful as I thought it would be. Perfect product

I have an assortment of recovery devices to assist with sore muscles and trigger points. So, I had thought that the tools that I already owned, including an ordinary lacrosse ball were enough until I read about the Rumbleroller Beastie Ball. I tried it and the Beastie Ball is better! It allows me to attack different muscle groups and trigger points that I hadn't previously been able to reach. It's versatile too. I can use the included platform base to apply pressure to one area or I can remove the Beastie Ball from its base to use it as a roller. The spines on the Beastie Ball are also helpful in delivering a deep muscle massage. Buy it. I use it all of the time.

This thing is totally amazing! It’s replaced my lacrosse balls for muscle tension relief. It was recommended to me by a friend who is an avid runner, and I swear by this thing. The only problem is that mine is almost clear, and sometimes I misplace it and panic because I love it so much and rely on it. It’s great and I may order the green one just to be safe!

Having used lacrosse balls for years, the rumble roller provides the stability and precision to really target deep muscle adhesions and work them out. Also the firmness really stands up to deep muscles knots. I discovered this product on the way out of a high end sport massage and I can say with full confidence that the few minutes I used the rumble roller at the clinic was more helpful than the entire preceding 55 minute massage! Great product for active people prince to muscle tension.

J'utilise le beastie depuis des années mais l'ayant égaré, j'ai du m'en racheter un... Indispensable dans la panoplie auto massages, en particulier lors de déplacements, ou lors de pauses lors du travail. Particulièrement efficace après être resté assis longtemps, pour les ischios notamment. Détend aussi très bien la voute plantaire.

I have tried many spiked massage balls and these are the best - I use two for the back and they really work, the right combination of softness and sturdiness.

I have 2 of these at home, its straightened my back with slight scoliosis, simply by ironing out the hard muscle which needed shifting , no other device has done this! I swear by these balls. I swiped my physiotherapist for this in a sense, as this is far deeper and I can really get into the muscle spasms and undo tensions and traumas locked in! I also have 2 of the other softer ones for my scalp.Love tham.
