I have been searching for a easy to swallow calcium supplement. I had the giant pills. this one is absolutely perfect. Knowing some of their other vitamins, I know this one is a excellent quality. I'm 51 and had GB surgery 20 years ago and have to take a lot of vitamins and hitting menopause, I have concerns about declining bone density. I don't completely absorb nutrients through my food. I found this one not only easy to swallow but reasonably priced for a potent vitamin and mineral supplement. I trust Andrew Lessman products. Clean ingredients and no added fillers. you cannot go wrong with anything he makes.,

I don't dislike any of his vitamens. I take quite a few of Andrew's and wait for his sale on HSN, because they are expensive, but worth it. No fillers, colors and in powder form and don't give you an upset stomach.I am 86, have been taking them for a few years and can still move around, exercise and do for myself. I do not take vitamins from the big box stores or walgreen's. They never worked. My health improved with his vitamins. These vitamens help with the pain in my fingers, and help me to sleep at night.
