I am really impressed with these. My dogs ate my soles out of my expensive brooks running shoes so I gave these a try and I am about to purchase these for all sets of my shoes. It takes a few days for them to mold to your feet, but once they do, you can literally feel the energy return back to your knee after you strike the ground with your foot. I’m about 205 lbs. 5’10” and I am constantly punishing myself through running, work etc. these little pads make a huge difference in my day to day life and I feel will help with injury prevention. I also like that they are orange because you know they are installed to that specific shoe. It will probably add a lot of life to your shoes too.

How to choose, not so easy. This brand has be around a long time, and these insoles are perfect for sneakers and all terrain hiking shoes. They are equal to my favorite brand which is Spenco which does have a wider selection for both sneakers and dress shoes. I have tried several brands and these two brands fit my criteria as far as comfort and price. These inserts both stabilize and cushion your footsie. I slightly pronate and am hard on my heels, these inserts are a comfortable and hardly noticeable fit. An easy way to keep your feet healthy and feeling good...

The rubber sole seems durable and is bouncy enough to offer good padding support. The arch is the ideal height for my rather flat feet. The length fit inside the shoes I ordered them for. The downside to these insoles for me, though, is the fact that they are narrow enough in the toe box where they left 1/8-1/4" of gap between my toes/foot ball and the edge of my wide toebox shoes.

I've been using these daily for about a year now and they are still going strong (with some minor cosmetic imperfections). They completely solved the foot pain I was getting with the original soles I had in my shoes.

I am always disappointed in factory inserts with most shoes. Not sure why a manufacturer would market a shoe and put crappy inserts in the shoe. Baffles me. I have been using Sof Sole inserts for a number of years - I've used the Air and Plantar versions and all are pretty good in their respective category. The Athlete is my new favorite. This insert goes well beyond where I think most shoes' inserts should be off the shelf. Great soft feel, nice mid-foot support, and a price that isn't shocking when you get to the checkout. I used these in my running shoes one time only when I first purchased them and they performed well. However, I didn't get the feel I was looking for in my running shoes. So, I put them in my work boots (I am on my feet a fair amount) and these are just what I needed to keep my legs and back from quick fatigue. Sizing is a range, so make sure you know what you are ordering. I typically wear a 9/9.5 in a dress or work shoe and a 10/11 in running shoe. I ordered the 9-10.5 US size in men's and the fit is nearly perfect. No cutting to fit like some other inserts. I have never had a problem with width, but I have a medium width foot and I would say these are made for that range. If you have a wide size, make sure to check to see if it will meet your expectations. Super happy with these and will be buying more as they wear out.

I expected more based on the reviews. I haven’t run in them yet but walked plenty. It’s comfortable but thinner, so not as much cushioning to feel any different than what came with the sneakers. I don’t have foot pain but my feet get tired easily so we’ll see.

I've been wearing these sole inserts for over a month now and they perform well. I work in a warehouse and walk 3+ miles a day while pulling orders and they really help to prevent soreness in my feet and back. The memory tech soles in my reeboks fell apart after only a few months, but the shoes where still in good shape so I didn't want to be wasteful and throw them out. I replaced the soles with these and I'm impressed by the comfort and performance they provide. The 7-8.5 size fits well in my 4E wide, size 8 shoes, although I did have to remove the old soles to use these. But that's easy to do and these come with an adhesive like backing to help them stay in the shoe. If you're in a situation like me, where you just want to replace worn out soles then I recommend this product. Update: 8 months later and they’re still working great. I even bought a new pair of work shoes and swapped these soles from my old shoes. Although, they are showing slight wear as you can see by the lighter areas on the sole. Still, they’re definitely worth it and I’m sure they’ll last through my current shoes also. Update 2: More than a year later and over a thousand miles of walking, here’s what the soles look like. As you can see, they have started to lose material and are wearing out in some areas but are still very comfortable. I’ll definitely be buying another pair soon and I’ll keep using the originals.

10/10 these are my second pair and they fit perfectly! I’m a size 10 US. The old ones I walked in for 3 years lol definitely needed some new ones

It said size 13-14, I take a 13 and I didn’t come close to inside edge of my shoe.

it does what it described , fits into the shoes without any problem, didnt even need to cut the sides or anything. I was buying this for outdoor run , before this product my original Nike sole had already worn out . Bought a coconut with wool sole ,however it didnt give much feedback during the run. The first thing I noticed for this sole, is that it feels like a floaty lift during my walk, both jump and run not just it's very responsive feed back, I noticed the distance of each step actually increase. would recommend and 100% going to buy again.

Fits perfectly in 2 different pairs of shoes without needing to trim. Made my battered old soccer cleats feel brand new and running shoes much more comfortable. They're quite thick (as advertised) so take this into consideration if there's not much wiggle room in your shoes and you need a slim version.

I bought these to replace my worn out insoles. they've been working really good, I'm hoping they last. They have gel pads on the bottom to keep them from sliding around and are comfortable.
