Q: Is there caffeine in a serving of Tonic Alchemy?

Hi - I have been using this product for years and have felt no caffeine effects. I don’t use caffeine at all like coffee or tea with caffeine because I am sensitive to it. I’m not sure if some of the herbs have stimulating qualities - some probably do naturally, but as I said, I have felt no ill effects in that manner. In the final analysis, I do recommend this product highly.

Q: Do you recommend cycling on and off with this product ? For instance one month on and rest for a month , etc . Thank you

probably a good idea i do not use every day. its a all natural product as far as i can tell so i don't believe it would hurt to use for long periods. you could call their 800 number and ask the company. you probably dont want it to sit for very long periods, it is a food product.

Q: How do you make this taste better? It isn't horrible but the chalk aftertaste.

I don't taste it because I blend a smoothie with frozen fruit and greens, mint, celery, and only use 1 scoop of the tonic. It makes enough for a second smoothie for the next day.
