Swiss Kriss Herbal Laxative Flakes, 3.25 Ounce

Awesome relief for serious constipation where that other products didn’t work. Recommend you either blender or smoothie these flakes as just stirring doesn’t blend them well enough.

This is a very good product. I use it for facial steaming & not as a laxative.

Use this for nasal congestion- couple tablespoons in 2 qt h2o pot simmer then cover head with towel inhale steam carefully

I won’t be using this for a while, so my review is based on past use. I read about Swiss Kriss in Gayelord Hauser’s books and used to use the herbs for facial saunas. I’ve also used the tablets, which are a pleasant, gentle laxative. It’s almost impossible to find the flake form now, and I was happy to see it on Amazon. You put half a teaspoon on your tongue and wash it down with water or juice. It tastes like licorice. I wanted the flakes because I try to minimize the fillers in tablets. Someone should really reprint his wonderful books!

Wonderful! I had tried the tablets, but wanted to try the facial steam and also give my dog some. Just sprinkled once on his food (which he ate with no complaints) and two days later he was back down to size. No more tight tops and jackets. Sleek and thin. You can drop a side of beef off yourself with Swiss Kriss even if you don't think you need them. I take the tablets internally. The tablets worked so well at helping my complexion that I thought I would try the flake facial. If you have brown eyes, keep your eyes closed and don't let the steam in or it will disturb/cleanse your ocular flora as well. It might be a good idea to try the tablets first. The first time I tried them I was huffing and puffing. In a youtube video I saw of a Swiss Kriss facial, it looked to me like it made their nostrils enlarged and when I did it after the tablets, it was less pronounced. The tablets did that at first too, but it goes away quickly. This has to be one of America's greatest pharmaceuticals. And made from renewable resources.
