This migraine medication has been a lifesaver for my granddaughter. She's a senior in high school, and is also taking college courses. She said when her migraines start she takes her Highlands... And majority of the time it stops it from coming on full force! And if it does still come on. She said it's not near the pain that is normally. She carries it in her purse, it's more valuable than money she says! 😘

I hate migraines especially when they hit when I'm away from home. No pills, no water and all headache...ugh! I keep these in my purse at all times. When I start to feel a headache coming on a simply pop 2 melt away tabs and I'm good to go. The tabs have no taste and melt immediately. I can usually feel a difference within 30 minutes.

This is a great option if you are wanting to go a more natural route. They work very well to stop my pain most times. There are times my pain still lingers, but even regular migraine meds couldn’t completely stop the pain if it was too bad. These work really well for me.

Okay I was definitely skeptical about this product and others claiming to take the headache away...And I wasn't sold completely when I first bought it...First time I took two of them when my head was hurting I get heavy migraines or cluster headache's on one side of my head, it just starts to throb and hurt me badly I can feel it coming.... I feel it behind my eye and temple....it happens daily...I have strong prescription medications for my doctor and neurologist... I have nortriptan and ella-triptan... They only allow you to take one every so often you can't keep taking them... They say they give you rebound headaches... they only give you nine in a package... so irritating.... I took some yesterday so I didn't take anymore... And my head started hurting again today I was trying not to take anything, but I remembered that I bought these migraine pills.... the first time I took two of them it definitely didn't do anything...So I didn't think that they worked but just now I took two of them put it underneath my tongue like they direct you to and the headache disappeared...I'm sold I'm happy I will buy some more and I will take some more now that I see that it definitely got rid of my headache try some.

This really works. I've had a headache for years after an accident and have been on RX medicine. I decided to try this and have been very very happy with it. Just have to adjust the frequency and those according to your headache but no more medicine needed!

I have suffered from migraine headaches since I was 16 years old, and now at 69, I have tried just about everything. The reason I decided to try this product was because I can no longer continue taking Excedrin Extra Strength. Excedrin worked like magic for me—it could stop a migraine in 30 minutes and the relief would last 1–2 days. But over time, the side effects were devastating: it destroyed my digestive and immune system. Now even drinking a simple glass of water would cause discomfort, acid reflux, and stomach pain.With those problems, I was desperate to find something gentler, so I gave this migraine remedy a try. Unfortunately, after only two days, I realized it was not for me. On the first day, I noticed my blood pressure spiked and I began having palpitations. That was alarming enough, and when I stopped taking it, those symptoms disappeared quickly.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this for people with migraine headaches, especially if you already have blood pressure issues or other health sensitivities. It might be mild compared to strong over-the-counter drugs, but for me, it did not provide relief and instead created new problems.
