This is one of the unique wet grinder with tap feature. Yes u don't need to move the grinder here and there or pull the stone to drain the batter. Place the grinder in one place. Once the batter is ready, open the tap for the batter to come out. Hazzle free of use and more convenient for ladies. It is most under rated product in Amazon due tomorrow competition with other products in the market. It is coimbatore based model, but u have the service in all the cities, but check it for your city before you buy, but excellent product. No doubt about it.

Waste worst and cheap product
Don't buy this item.. it stopped working in just 20 days.. I tried contacting them but no one responded.. waste of this selection.. never buy this product.. I am still posting this company fraud on social media also.. anyone please think and don't dare to try this

It is light weight and easy to use I am using for 1week and writing the review #Cost is more compared to other grinders #It can grind less quantity #As it is shown hands free is wrong all the batter is sticking to the walls of the grinder so we have to use hands #noise level is ok #

Spare blocking cap to be given extra
Almost all the wet grinders working is same. It is comfortable design, wherein seller might have offered extra spare blocking cap along with the grinder since it is plastic and it is possible to damage on recurrent locking use. Also that cap seperately not available to buy. Still the seller can offer it post buying within the period of warranty as a courtesy.
