Our pen needles are universally designed to fit any insulin pen. We currently offer two different sizes in our universal pen needles. Our Blue Pen Needles are a 32G x 4.0mm.Which is our smallest size. Our Purple Pen Needles are 31G x 5.0mm and are slightly bigger. We hope this helps!
