UNIO Moscatel Wine Vinegar, 17 FZ

Slightly sweet compared to red wine vinegar, and with a complex flavor that enhances many of my recipes where I want a bit of sweet rather than acid from a vinegar.There's a recipe everyone loves calledCarrot and Beet Slaw with Pistachios and Raisins from Ava Gene’s restaurant in Portland, Oregon. I wouldn't make this recipe without Unio Moscatel vinegar. Together it's perfection.Fortunately in San Francisco (Rainbow Food Co-Op) and Sacramento (Corti Bros. or Taylor's Market) I can buy this, but when I'm somewhere I can't, I order from Amazon.

This is so delicious! By far my most favorite. It just makes salads that much more tastier

My sister-in-law used to give me a bottle of this once in a while. It seems to be hard to find now, and is rather pricey with shipping charges added. On the other hand, we also use real aged balsamico from Modena, Italy, which makes this seem very cheap in comparison.

We had a wonderful salad at a restaurant and when I asked how they made the salad dressing, they pointed me to this product. It is not as tart as other vinegars. It is also great splashed on roasted vegetables as a finishing touch.

We have used this wonderful wine vinegar for years. It makes a perfect salad dressing with a quality olive oil. I just pour both over the salad with crushed pepper and presto a delicious easy dressing.

Great vor vinaigrettes and for cooking. Subtle flavor and not as harsh as other vinegars.

Pricey, I like it but there are other vinegars that could compare in flavor for a better price
