I would give a 5 stars but I ordered the wrong one, I needed immune and not prenatal vitamins. But anyway, love the product.

I have been pregnant more times than the average, and now take prenatals over regular vitamins as they boast optimal nutrients.However with these, I may have met my match.Completely well rounded, I feel like I may be taking too much now!I will say that while yes for some with low tolerance for pills, this can be a bit much on a daily basis, however when you factor a few pills and consider its providing everything your body and little one or soon to be needs, who cares, pop the pills.These did not cause me to react and I took them on an empty stomach, at mealtime and then as recommended with the brown capsules at evening.No reaction at any time so I’d say for most these will be fairly gentle.They are well packaged and directions are clear. You know what you are taking/consuming and there are precautions for certain tablets such as the iodine so refer to your Dr prior to starting.Care has gone into the Preparation..Testing..ManufacturingPackaging and I trust the credentials and qualifications.Costly but well worth it.

This is the second time I have received the package in unacceptable condition. I expect a solution as soon as possible.

Orthomal gives you a probiotic (white capsule), omega 3’s and minerals (2 soft gels), and a powder that is easily reconstituted in water. The pills were easy to take. The powder not as much. I did not love the flavor, but worth it for the benefits.

I have done a lot of research trying to figure out how to choose the best prenatals, and I am honestly so impressed with this brand! First, it has a bioavailable form of folate. It also contains choline and iron that are not available in all multivitamins. It is awesome that the product already includes probiotics and DHA (non-vegan) supplement. The powder tastes good, and I look forward to drinking it with my dinner. The fact that it’s tasty makes me look forward to taking it and I don’t skip the days as I do with regular pills. The included capsules are easy to swallow. This product is third-party tested and certified as well. I feel like the listing does not do it justice, it is truly an awesome product.
