Will gums grow back from recession?

Gums which have severely receded will not grow back. If the recession is mild, this product will definitely help prevent further recession. It will also help prevent bacterial growth. Also flossing is necessary everyday. I had mild periodontal issues and I use this in my water pik once daily, as well as the perio wash mouth wash. I have also stopped using regular tooth paste and stick with desert essence neem, or earth paste.

How long does this bottle last, using 2 pumps each time?

It will easily last a couple of months.

Can this be used, similarly diluted, as a mouthwash? Even rinsing thoroughly after every use, it collects and gels up inside my waterpik.

Yes. After brushing the night guard, I would put a few drops in the night guard containser, and add enough water to cover it.
