Has anybody noticed their upper arms slimming from using this?

No they fit like a sleeve not tight or support like I had expected

Is this small fitting?

No not at all I'm a size 12/14 and they are just sleeves not tight fitting as I expected them to be

What size should I get if my armhole circumference 15", shoulder width 15", underbust 31.5"?

I'm size 12/14 and I got the smallest and they fit just like a sleeve not tight fitting at all you need much smaller than your size if you want support

I am a size 18 what size do I want?

I would suggest size L as the size M is like a ladies size 12/14
