Clear ice
So far so good make clear ice but one night didn’t stop making ice so it’s all over the floor I think maybe the door wasn’t closed right seems OK now that makes very nice ice and plenty of it it

Evaporator Issues
Have had our machine for several years, worked great for 2 years. First issue was the ice bin full switch went bad and so no ice got made. Second, issue is with the evaporator plates - where the ice trays come in contact wit the copper tubing we had delamination and large ice chunks were made and froze up the evaporator so no ice was made. Now that we are out of warranty 3 months (after we were closed for 4 months due to COVID) Hoshizaki will not honor the warranty. I do not recommend this product. If so, double your cost to cover maintenance and replacement cost.

Makes more ice than we need... replaced and older larger Hoshizaki machine that was obsolete.
