Received item fast it was just as described. I haven't had to use it since i got it. Hey maybe this thing works so good all you have to do is just keep in your room. all kidding aside I used it at a friends house it works great.

Works wrll

After hip surgery my IT band was inflamed . This roller really helps the soreness and the stiffness, eliminating knots and helping the IT band stretch enough to be back in place. Recommended!

Love this. It has helped me massage my quads and itband. I am in PT and this along with a foam roller I am really getting to target my problem Areas.

Its too hard

I have had a knot in my quad for so long & this right hereeeee is so much more effective then a foam roller. I have tried the massage guns to target and it usually ends up hurting and tender, but with this I’m able to control the pressure. I’m excited to see how my mobility improves as I continue to use it.

What a life saver. Wow. This is exactly what I needed. My quads and calf muscles were so tight and tense last week from my long runs so I decided to try this. After the first night of massaging, my run was so much better the next day and I physically felt the muscles more relaxed during my run. Then I used it again the next night and all the knots have been completely relaxed in my quads and calf muscles. I'm beyond impressed. Would highly recommend. :-)
