I have been trying various things to try and get milk flowing so I tried this powder and it’s like the flood gates finally broke and I have two happy babies. I made scrumptious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with the powder first. It’s very simple to do, you just choose your favorite cookie mix and then blend the powder in with the other dry ingredients. It did not alter the taste of my cookies at all which was great. I noticed a change in my milk supply within 36 hours. If you would like to try my cookies, here’s how I made them: 6 tablespoons of Brewers Yeast Powder 2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp flaxseed meal 4 tbsp water 1 cup unsalted butter ¾ cup brown sugar ¾ cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1 ½ cup chocolate chips 1. I used oat milk, various berries, 2 tablespoons of the brewers yeast powder and ice. I’ve noticed the more acidity I use, the greater the sourness grows. I recommend sticking to more dairy like ingredients to balance the flavors out. Even with the fruit, it wasn’t an unbearable taste by any means.
