I stand/walk on hard surfaces for 8+ hours a day in retail and have flat as all heck feet. My old Skechers work shoes were completely worn out from 1.5+ years of nearly daily use and I didn't want to invest in a new pair when I had another pair of perfectly fine Champion shoes so I took a chance and bought these insoles. Normally my feet would be sore after 4-6 hours at work, but the real pain would start when I got home and could relax. Once I tried to stand up again the tops of my feet would hurt so bad I could barely walk, and pushing myself through the pain to go to work the next day and the next day only to hope I could recover enough over the weekend to do it all over again was getting physically and mentally exhausting.These insoles saved my feet and my wallet from buying a new pair of expensive shoes!My feet will still be a bit sore, as to be expected, but I'm no longer dealing with the pain on the tops of my feet and can walk just fine after relaxing after work, it's a night and day difference. Took a few days to get used to them, my flat feet had to acclimate to the arch support and the arches were a bit more tender for a few days, but after that it's been smooth sailing for weeks now. I'll definitely be buying another pair of these!

As a busy mom and RN, I’m on my feet constantly, so foot pain is basically part of the job. I’ve only been using these Dr. Scholl’s inserts for a few days and I can already feel a huge difference. My feet aren’t throbbing at the end of the day, and I’m not racing to immediately kick my shoes off the second I get home.The cushioning is soft without feeling squishy, and the arch support sits exactly where it should. They slid easily into my work shoes and didn’t make my shoes feel tight or awkward. The arch is just high enough to support, but not press on it between my foot and the shoe. My feet are extremely flat.What surprised me most is how quickly they helped. I figured it would take a week to feel anything, but even after my first shift wearing them, the pain was noticeably less.I absolutely loved the basically immediate improvement in foot pain. Not 100% pain free, but considerably less. They provide great support without bulk and the durability is dependable, perfect for long shifts, errands, and chasing toddlers. They look easy to trim and fit into most shoes, but thankfully I didn’t have to trim. They fit perfectly into my size 9 shoe.I wish they had just a little more heel cushioning, but that’s personal preference and not a dealbreaker at all.Overall:If you’re on your feet all day - work, kids, errands, everything - these inserts are honestly worth every penny. I’ll update my review once I’ve used them longer, but so far I’m genuinely impressed.

These are great for boots, but felt like I didn't have much room for my heel when wearing the Nike Pacific shoe. They fit much more comfortably in my Blundstone boots. They offer much better arch support than your typical Dr. Scholl's insole. Overall, not bad and easy to cut to your shoe size.

These work great for plantar fasciitis They give great arch support for high arch’s It doesn’t do much for the heel but more for the arch which I found helpful.

I mean it was okay but it just made my foot arches hurt. I thought maybe I was heavy enough for this to work but apparently you need to be way more than mildly obese for these to be necessary and not painful to wear.

I put these on top n of my other insoles in the shoes. They are good insoles. I'm happy. I can use them or not depending on whether or not I wear socks. These have helped me adjust to larger sized shoes and older feet 😊

This is the best inserts for a plus size lady. I was amazed how much more comfortable they felt than ordinary insoles.

These are solid and once cut they fit my shoe perfectly however, they are too thick and push my toes into the top of the shoe making it painful. The little arch in the side also caused a blister on my foot so these insoles are worthless to me.
