This is a great groin guard. It runs small. I wear a 32 inch waist and I bought the medium. It was too small. I had a tailor add some more Velcro to the back and now it fits perfectly.

I was really impressed by the quality of this gear, but the listed sizes are woefully under-reported. I ordered a "Large", which in my experience is usually for a 38" to 40" waist. When I received this groin protector, it was labelled "Large" but measured as 34" at the waist. I couldn't fit into this if I tried. I recommend this gear (it looked to be of great quality and well-designed for the intended purpose), but order 2 sizes up from your normal size!

The Velcro strap comes undone while sparring everytime you move it just comes off and the whole thing keeps falling off you’re waist

a little tight for the size but fits nice and snug and gives u alot of mobility and ballsack protection.plus looks oldschool like something mike tyson or jack dempsey would wear,fit under boxing hshorts no problem but maybe want bigger if ya plan to slip over ur shorts/joggers. i will probly use this protector in my amateur boxing matches

Was small and tried to return, third party did not approve refund. Thankfully Amazon has amazing policies and refunded my money
